Dear Concern,

I am writing to inform you that I have not yet received the registration certificate and the second key for the Grand Vitara (registration number UP 70 GK 3758) that I purchased from True Value, Varanasi, on September 1st.

The absence of these documents is preventing me from obtaining my car insurance policy. I kindly request that you provide the registration certificate and the second key as soon as possible.

For your reference, a copy of the purchase receipt is attached.
