Maruti Suzuki India — S presso vxi+ ags

I booked an S Presso VXI + AGS vehicle on 6th October, 21. The delear mentioned the tentative delivery date in OBC form as 31st Oct, 21. Later in the email they mentioned as 5-6 weeks which is around by 15th Nov, 21. But after long waiting period now they are mentioning that they don't have any idea on S Presso high end production. I request you to please help me to get the vehicle delivered to me atleast in this month. Thank you.
