Hi All,
I have recently purchased Maruti Ertiga VXI CNG Model for which I got delivery of the car on 21st March 2022. For which there has been factory defect in the car as I am getting the sound crackling sound on right side of the tyre even on the smooth plain road, which keeps on increasing as soon as it runs more mileage.
For which I took to service center and they advised to change few of the parts which I did not agree as it was brand new car which is not even 10 days old.
Later on I had word with regional head of Mumbai Amit Chauhan who said that this is small thing which can happen in any car, which shocked me.
This is not the first time I am owning a car, Prior to this also I had Etriga VXI CNG of 2017 which neve gave a problem
Despite of conversation I asked him that I am not happy if my car is been opened. The way Amit had word was too rude looked like that this is not at all a problem.
How can a car from factory has been released without the checklist check.
If I would have given you less 2 lacs rupees of the total amount would your team had delivered the car? the answer is NO then why should I accept the car which has been opened.
I can not trust this vehicle and I would want an replacement of my new car I am ok with any of the procedures you want me to go,
As there are three parts (link rod, bush & engine mount) of the car which have been opened/replaced and re-fitted. This is not at all acceptable.
Just applying the lubricant and removing the noise temporary is not at all the solution.
Please look into this matter on priority. Incase any further details required can be discussed over the phone
Thanks,
