Maruti Suzuki India — Transfer RC not received

I had purchased a new Baleno Alpha AGS from Nexa Singla Link Agencies and had sold my old car VW Polo Petrol Regn no DL 3C BV 0398. I was given an undertaking that the old car will be transferred within 90 days. However, despite several followups the dealer/True Value Outlet is not providing me a copy of the new RC. I am being informed that this process takes upto 150 days. I then requested the Dealer to provide me with a copy of the new insurance policy but now I am not even receiving the courtesy of a reply. An application for transfer of a vehicle cannot be processed without a new insurance policy and this is the dealer's responsibility so there is no reason why a copy of the new insurance policy cannot be supplied to me. In view of the recent incident at Red Fort Delhi where the vehicle was transfered by the seller but never registered with RTO I am very concerned. Please direct the Agency to immediately provide a copy of the new insurance policy. Thanks
