My car is not yet one year old. I have platinum extended warranty. Since last few days i am getting battery issue and had to jump start my car twice in one week. Today also i faced the same issue and called maruti for assistance to get the battery replaced. The engineer came and after several requests denied to get my battery replaced. The engineer kept lying when i escalated telling that i kept my car lights on so the battery drained down. First of all, i park my car in shared parking in my apartment with 24*7 security service, where keeping the lights turned on without the security informing menis not at all possible. Still the engineer kept lying to his manager. If keeping the light on was the problem today then i would not have faced the same issue again and again. When asked to get the battery change he kept giving excise that he did not get any battery and will not replace since it is a new car. Irrespective of the damaged battery provided by maruti, he and his manager continuosly denied replacing the battery with the reason that my car is new just because he will have to give it to me for free and continuously kept lying infront of me. I have also asked him and his manager to take my battery get it replaced and give me a spare one now, that was also rejected I need the battery replaced with utmost urgency from maruti or else i may have to go legal on maruti for frauding customers by taking extra money also and not giving service. When i asked for the manager's and engineer's name they kept saying that they will not provide those information also. The below i could collect from their id cards. Replace the battery without any fake reason or else i shall go legal.

I sunil sharma purchased 2 cars from tr sawhney motors pvt. Ltd, amar colony, lajpat nagar. One vehicle wagon r registration no. Dl8cu8905 registered on my name and 2nd vehicle swift vdi dl8cu8904 on name of sun stone pvt ltd. Both purchased in june 2013.
At the time of pruchase i was given 4 years warranty in which 2 years was extended warranty which will expire in june 2017, but when i went for wagon r car repair on 27 july 2016 to company authorised dealer name magic auto, mayapuri for wheel barring problem which comes in warranty.
They told me that car warranty had expired and extended warranty is not there but as per papers certificate with proper company name and authorised stamp issued to me its under extended warranty.
But company is denying it as false paper certificate.
I have been cheated by company and i urge you to take some action or solve my problem.
If my problem is not solved i will take legal action in consumer court, will involve media and
