Its really frustrating for a customer to make repeated visits to workshops and not have the issue resolved and that too for such a long stretch.Every time your service advisors say the noise from the axle has gone and they do with the greasing job as usual, it is crystal clear that maruti doesn't want to give the warranty service to its customers and finally they tell tell us that the job card for axle noise is placed under observation. already 6 months over the problem is still persisting and whenever I go to your showroom your service advisors take for test drives and say that they don't hear any noise from the axle beam as only we are hearing it, It is also clear that they are making fool o[censored]s. Just visit sum Toyota dealerships and learn from their service they are providing from their customers.
