Maruti Suzuki — Unsatisfactory Service at Workshop JAGMOHAN MOTORS, SONIPAT

I AM FACING PROBLEM IN MY MARUTI WAGRON LXi numbered DL9C AC 6462 as it's service alarm is very often "turn on" and even with each start of car it sometimes "turn on" or gets "truns off" on its own. i have visited JAGMOHAN MOTORS, SONIPAT then they told me it was service problem so i serviced my car then. Again 2nd time i faced the same problem came and i visited the JAGMOHAN MOTORS, SONIPAT then they told me that it was it's CNG filter problem. i myself went and bring CNG filter from other maruti workshop they additional charged me 500 rs for CNG cables checking also. 3rd time again i faced same problem so, this problem is conti from last 3-4 months. This time ther service person also took my car out of the service station without my permission when asked they answered it was for trial run. Even though their intention was very good but without my concern was unacceptable. they told me my CNG cabling was cut somewhere which was not possible beacuse it wiring is cut then service signal should not keep on changing. so, whatever they told was a lie. this time i didn't pay for cable checking as i am paying for the same thing from last 3 times and problem is not solved. When i asked them for complaint regsiter for making companint for the same then, they also agreed on that they will not charge for cable checking but it didn't reflect in my billing and it will also not reflect in my car repair history. most disturbing thing was the behaiour of the employees in the service station. i have to wait for almost 3 hrs just for wheel alignment and cable checking which again was too much disturbing. i had told them if it will take time then please intimate me timely which was also not done. i am very very disappointed with the behaviour of maruti service station employees.
