I had taken the health insurance from Max Bupa by porting out of my existing insurer HDFC ergo as I was assured of better customer service . Sorry to say this services are pathetic ... you call their helpline you get a recorded message we are under staffed due to covid restrictions. You arrange a call back the person calling you back is not interested in your concerns instead forcefully tries to sell you a top up plan . Being a max bupa customer we had been assigned 3750/- as credit limit for health test/diagnostics I did it once for my daughter and availed some limit out of it but now the app does now allow to book any further test and max bupa is telling we have made some amendments and you need to send email and take authorization for getting the test done ... what kind of service is this not at all happy

I have been informed that there is some technical issue going with their app hence test cannot be booked so it needs to be booked from back end by sending a request through email .
Max Bupa customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
