[Resolved] Max Bupa — No communication since 2 weeks regarding my claim
I am really disappointed to mention that I have not received any valid response from MaxBupa regarding my claim for hospitalization reimbursement.
Existing claim number - WEBDIGITAL_3789
The claim amount for my hospitalization expenses is around 1.4 lacs and I am actually covered for 7.8 lacs premium right now as per policy.
It's a huge amount for me and I have been paying the premium every year without a miss. I receive lots of emails regarding renewal of policy and sadly when it's time for a claim, I hear no response. The online claim submission portal also shows error whenever I try to submit documents. Hence, I submitted the documents via email to [protected]@maxbupa.com and also sent grievance mail to [protected]@maxbupa.com. The customer care also did not respond and I was never able to talk to them over a call.
All I wanted to know is, if the claim process has been initiated and if all the documents has been validated so that I can rest assured for the reimbursement.
I have decided to tell my friends and relatives to stop paying premiums and being a customer of Max Bupa. I will also circulate this incident on social media.
