Max Healthcare — Issue related to Over-Billing of a Covid patient

Address:FC 50, C and D Block, Shalimar Place Site, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi 110088

This is regarding the hospitalisation of my mother, Mrs. Anupama Rawat, Max Id- SHBG [protected], IPNO- 214698. She was hospitalized on the 20th June 2020 as a patient of Covid and was admitted till 23rd June 2020 and the bill that was charged for her amounted to Rs.1, 08, 215 by the hospital.
Now as per the orders of the government on 20th June 2020 decreed that all the rates for isolation of COVID patients with moderate sickness in all private hospitals was fixed between Rs.8000-Rs.10000 a day and these laws were to come into action from the 21st of June however the chargers that were levied upon us have not been done so taking these orders into consideration. They have charged us Rs. 25000 per day.
Therefore I would request the hospital to make adjustments in the bill that we have paid as per the new rules and reimburse the rest of the amount paid.
