[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — about the agent service

I hv purchased policy of max life through axis bank agent in 2012. But since 2012 i have not received any documents about my policy and not even the agent also called me in last 7 years, in my policy agent code is activated any the company will pay the commission to agent against the service while the agent not contacted, therefore i want to delete the agent code and generate my customer code and transfer the commission to my policy account due to the bad service by your agent

We clarify that the hard copy of policy pack has already been delivered at your communication address via M/s First Flight Courier vide air way bill on Jul 07, 2012.
