[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — after given the information to company that we do not want to continue, company withdrawn the emi from account

Dear sir i ajay singh rathore have a policy no[protected] form max life insurance co udaipur branch raj., and for that i have paid 3 emi (Yearly mode) now i had a call form customer care and i inform them that i am not interested to continue the policy so pls dont present the chq in my account. But they produce the chq while balance was not there i had massage form bank and i personally went to the insurance office and told their manager that not to produce the chq i am not going to continue the policy. But the insurance company produce the chq to my bank account three times and it has been clear. I request you to that pls look in to matter.in future not to produce the chq and return of amount which has been withdrawn on 16th of july 18

Updated by rathorasingh Dear Max Life Insurance team, in context to earlier mail i didn't receive a call form your end yet. I again request you to kindly do arrangement of Refund of my last premium deducted by MAX LIFE Despite refusing to continue the policy.
I request you to kindly look in to matter seriously otherwise i am going to submit the complaint against MAX LIFE directly to BEEMA LOKPAL, if the matter not resolve in the next 7 working days i.e up to 2308.2018

The manager of max bupa named neha varma called me and said i am loosing 40000 due to agent code
and to avoid this i should purchase bharati axa insurance of 35000
is it true?
i purchased bharati axa policy
but i am in doubt that it may be a fraud.
as i am a governmant officer i can make serious police action against both of your companies
