[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — agent code elimination process - fake call

Dear sir,

I got two phone calls for agent code elimination process from max life insurance company ([protected]) and from gbic official/fraudster ([protected]). Both caller informed as calling from delhi.
The first person citing himself as max life insurance company official keep explaining that max life insurance company has declared bonus which can be credited to me if agent code is removed. My agent has claimed his commission from company without transferring this bonus to me. Because of this agent i can not get this bonus. He offered me to initiate agent code elimination process to stop sending bonus and commission to agent and remove agent code from my policy, so that i can get the bonus plus agent commission also. All including rs.1, 00, 000/- plus 15% interest will be reimbursed to me. Then on discussion he confirmed the policy number, policy date, amount, policy term all correct and date of birth also. After my affirmation, he lodged a complaint (Fake) to gbic and shared me with complaint no & file no. He told me after half an hour gbic official will call me regarding this.

After almost half an hour a gbic official (2nd fraudster) called me and explained the above thing once again and referring to the above complaint no & file no,
Made another story of getting noc/ftc etc. And all this process will take 90 days to complete then after 1 year i will get all my money with interest. He then asked my detail to fill application by himself and gave me a registration no. He said to courier the following documents along with a check of rs.50, 000/- in favour of 'bharati axa life insurance company ltd':

1. Adhar card
2. Pan
3. Passport size photo
4. Cancelled cheque

For reconfirmation, he send by sms the amount and favouring of cheque and the address for courier.

During the call both are refraining from sending/requesting any details by emails. They seems to be in a hurry mode to get all the details over phone and ask to complete the procedure in just a couple of hours. They were not ready to get the courier posted next day.

I don't know my agent and there is now follow up in paying the premium, so I am considering it as poor and improper service, hence want to de-activate my agent code. I will pay the premium and have relation directly with the max life insurance co ltd.

Request for info on surrender value o[censored]LIP for which i have paid premium of 15000 per year.
I want to know what would be the surrender value.
I have paid since the year 2005. And from where can an authentic info on the surrender value.
Also is possible to take loan on ULIP
