Hello Max Life Insurance,


I am doing follow ups on above policies from last 2 years for any possible solution but not able to get any answer from any medium. I raised my queries to axishelpdesk and maxlifeinsurance customer portal multiple times but i have never received any answer about my policies. Your customer portal is now not available for logging queries which was available before. Manager.Services account is also handled by dumb persons and they write scripted answers instead of going through in detail.


I bought policies from axis bank in 2012 and understood the same from bank executive. I was given promise that if you pay minimum 3 premiums up to 3 year then i can exit the policies and can get back the money without quoting any surrender percentages or deductions at that time. After paying for 3 terms I never thought to discontinue this. However i moved to out of country from 2016 and then decided to stop all investments here including policies. After contacting axishelpdesk and customer portal multiple times I came to know that there is something called surrender value and i will loose big amount of money if i close them after 3 years.

I asked at both the places multiple times that i do not want to loose my capital money which was invested and at least get them back even if i need to pay some more premiums. However i came to know that even if i pay whatever number of premiums i will never get my premiums 100% back any time. This is something never communicated and it was totally against whatever was promised. When anyone sells a policy why they are hiding such an important thing in verbal communication.

I had 2 policies one was partner plus[protected] and another was moneyback[protected]. I also asked if i can switch all premiums of Partner plus in to moneyback then also i can continue in moneyback. Moneyback is only up to 11 years and i can get money after 11 years rather than 75 years in partner plus. However they told this is also not possible to do.

I contacted nearest Max Office in Ahmedabad and they proposed to surrender the current both policies and offered a new policy Monthly Income Advantage plus. I can also go for any new policy if i get back these premium values or if they convert existing premiums against new policy. However they also said you will only get something around 2, 24, 000 instead of 4, 00, 000 premiums which i paid for four years.


Resolve my issues at the earliest to get all paid premiums back. I do not want any benefits attached to it.

    Kindly delete my pan no aoxpp0045f from irda portal as my advisor 461418 from max life insurance is already terminated on 15 september 2014. Kindly delete the pan asap. My licence 5221997. Now i want to join tata aia life insurance company. Regisyered my complaint in so many platform like irda complaint and others also but no respond. Kindly do needful to recrify the solution. I complaint to max life insurance also but they are replyint it done by irda only. We cant help you. So kindly delete the pan from irda portal. Thanking you.

      Sir i have taken a maxlife insurance in ulip plan on 13 0ct 2017 and the premimum is 50000 per anum and the policy no is[protected]. Sir i got a call from maxlife regarding payment and i also confirmed from maxlife customer support regarding delay in payment. Then it was told me that your plan is market based plan so total you will get 90 days grace period to pay your premimum. Sir my payment was in ecs mode from my saving acount yes bank but i am not able to pay through ecs so i give request to maxlife on 21 nov to close ecs and its in pending mode i got a msg and call that it will processes with in 11 days and 01 dec without giving me msg and intimation 50000 amount hasd been deducted from my yes bank acount while the money i have deposited in yes bank was immediate nature of requirement since 01 dec a lot of complain i have given to maxlie through call on[protected] and through mail service. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com. Also mail to nodal officer nodal. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but there are no any solution till date and i urgently need of money sir my ecs due date was 16 oct and that hads been bounce and i paid chargrs for that from my saving acount.           Hi team,
          I have tried to do payment online using hdfc netbanking. Soon after the banks website it said "redirecting" but after that it showed there was some error and payment was not processed in your website but money was deducted from my bank account
          I did not get any acknowledgement of this matter or the reference number for this (Ideally for every transaction there should be reference number provided to customer, but here it doesn't happen like that)

              Want to know the surrender policy balance amount.. It is more than delay. Now i am 70 years. I want the total amount of premium paid by me through axis bank up to july 2016 the detail calculation and the bonus amount. You are given very meager amount. This is not satisfaction to me. If not proper reply i will complaint the matter to the irdai. And against axis bank as acting your agent. I am very sorry.

                I feel very dispointed with your service. Your emplyoees are not trust worthy. They just misguided my parents abt policy. Ur employee said this is mediclaim policy for all ur health problem. But later on we found this policy is only applicable for cancer. Which is shocking for us. My mother has knee problem and she did for knee replacement. She also asked ur employee that this policy is also claim for this knee surgery n he said yes. Now they are saying it's not our fault. We trust you that's why we are doing policies with you. Now i want my money back. Or other wise convert it in other policy.

                  My father mr sunil kumar pandey bought a policy (Policy no.[protected] and had assigned me as nominee. Unfortunately in august 2015 he was diagnosed with brain tumor iv stage and was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy followed by surgery and managed to survive 10 months after diagnosis. He was bed ridden for last 6 months completely unconscious, not able to coordinate any movement. At last he died on 10th june 2016 fighting the disease. One day later, after his cremation next morning we received a message from max ny life insurance co that a request for nominee change and partial surrender of the policy has been processed, since we hadn't put such request how was that possible and we were in shock. We started investigating on our own and found out on 2nd half of 9th jun somebody has tried to forged signature of my father. Since then we have been visiting vasant vihar police station and max office, but nobody has taken any action and the amount insured has been also processed. So now what choice do we have. I want to sue this company and make them compensate for this fraudulent.

                      Sir.. This to bring to ur kind notice that i have surrendered my policy[protected]. But to my amazement the confirming mail which i received from ur end mentions the date of credit of the amount on 5th feb 2013.. Although thepolicy was started on 5th feb 2018.. Which i believe is wrong. Moreover.. The amount which is to be credited is also mentioned wrongly.. As perur information brochure once the policy is surrendered.. The surrender amount after deduction of charges is transferred to discontinuation policy fund.. Which guarantees a minimum 4 percent return... The amount which u have mentioned as credit value is much less than that. Also where do i view my surrendered policy... As when i enter the policy no.. No information regarding the same is visible. Kindly help.

                          fraud calls related to my insurance policy

                          Similar to other complaints posted in this group, I have also received continuous calls from GBIC relating to my insurance policy with MaxLife.                             I am owning a term plan of amount 1 cr.; which includes 65 lac lump-sum and rest of the money in monthly income ; Now i want to change payment mode, and i want to get 1 cr. as lump-sum, No monthly income,

                              My name is mrs. Jayshree rajendrabhai shah. My age is 55 years. I have a policy in max newyork life surat adajan branch my policy no. Is[protected] as on policy status is lapsed. I was cheated by your company employee binita mehta & rohan vadiwala they have said me that you have enough balance as bonus to partial withdraw so i have withdraw three times but today my policy is lapsed and in this age who will gave me policy. I was cheated by your employee and it was their duty to guide me well and both employees are not receiving my call and not responding me. Kindly take action against this employees. Is there any option to continue my policy.

                                I am vist max life insorance office kuk 20/04/2018 ko muj ko time dey gay ke app 23/04/2018 ko aa jana app ke police cancel ho jay ge 23/04/2018 ko cancl ka form fil kar wa ley but abi takk mere payment nahi aii jab manny helpline la bat ke to on lgo na mana kar dey ke app ke police cancel nahi ho sakte ab es ma mere kay galti ha galte t office walo ke ha muj ko mere payment 37000 rupy refand kara do

                                  Is in ref to one of my policy. Policy no.[protected]
                                  This policy is by the name of my mother late mrs ranjana dayal and i am the nominee on his policy.
                                  1) i have applied for death claim for the same on 28 aug by going to your noida office and cheque is been issued against it by the name of nikita cheque no 847445 of rs 114590.64.
                                  2) i have presented all the required documents for neft in my account with all the id proof bank details and all the other required documents still the neft was not done and cheque was issued under incomplete name.
                                  3) i have presented the cheque in the bank for clearance for 10/09/2018 but it was returned to me as the name on the cheque was incomplete as mentioned above.
                                  4) on oct 9 2018 i have returned the cheque and provided the required document again for neft request in your noida office.

                                  Since then i have been waiting and calling your on toll free no. And asking about status of this claim but i not getting any updates on this.

                                  I would request you to resolve the issue and clear my claim asap.

                                  Since 2 days i am getting calls for proving neft details and to send email from registered email adress.
                                  The policy is of mother and i am the nominee i can only mail from my email not my mothers. Its a death claim and i dont have access to my mothers registered email.
