I have worked with maxlife insurance company for 18 months. I didn't withdraw my of that time but now I want to do so but doesn't know how. Kindly help me to do the same.

      9/10/2019. I am join in 6/8/2018. I want my pf final settlement amount. Through online process i send request email in hr department but not respond. And block my email for further communication. My employee code is mn/jpr1091.

        Dear team,
        I purchased a policy from max life insurance with investment plan of rs.50000/- and agent told me while login policy that i can surrender the same after 1 year but now it is fourth year and i am unable to surrender the same. I did policy on trust of company and agent but now customer care was saying i cannot surrender the policy. What is my fault in this? Kindly accept my request and forward the same to company to surrender the policy number 40819475 under mis guidance clause in insurance by an agent as i was mis guided and now facing cash crunch. Kindly guide and proceed accordingly. The policy is also showing expiry date of 29/03/2019 but company is not ready to refund the amount.

          One of Maxlife insurance agent from Axis bankMahmoorganj (Varanasi) Branch gave me proposal to take Term life insurance on 28th February 2020, Proposal Number:[protected].
          After proposal they deducted an amount of 21417 from my account through ECS.
          After completing all the paperwork and formalities I got an Email stating Policy not accepted due to Pin code Lying in Bad area and refund is generated.
          Till now it's been more than 3 Weeks and refund didn't came to my account, I have lodged complaint in their customer care many times and every time their customer care executives assured me that it will come within a week but till now no refund came. Now no body in their customer support center is taking call and they are not replying to my mails and my money is lying with them since last 1 month.
          Please help me regarding this.

            Hi team i have worked with max life insurance till 2014. And emp id bby4008. I have submitted my pf withdrawal application form and send courier in month of 20th dec 2019. But till no revert has come from max team neither i have received my pf amount. Need the funds on urgent basis. And in the website also there no number or email id has g8ven where any body call then or connect with them. I think fir pf there has to be 24×7 helpline. I need the funds or urgent basis.               Hello team,

              I had asked the max life insurance team to stop auto debit payments for my policy but they have deducted amount from credit card through which i had paid last time.

              I sent a mail as well as message on their watsapp number but it is not deactivated yet.

              I am not getting good feedback from their customer service representative as well.

              Can you please help to stop auto debit payments.

                I have already given an application for request of cancellation of my max life agent code on 17/12/2019. It's already 2 months gone but still, i am getting an sms from the company regarding short nop. That shows that the company has not cancelled my agent code yet. I am uploading my resignation copy and receipt copy of my application for cancellation of agent code. Really very disappointed from the culture and procedure of max life.

                  As per my policy no[protected], started in january first premium was paid online and now in feburary i paid my premium online but again my premium deducted automatically from my bank account by max insurance as it is already paid for this month. So now onwards i don't want to pay my premium in auto i want to stop this auto deduction mode. And i want to refund this transaction.

                    I received call from mr. Aniket mishra and tapan chatterjee claiming they work for cbi and gbic respectively.

                    They made me get insurance policies and asked to pay premium saying that some agent has stopped your claim from insurance company and for that you have to ask third party guarantor to guarantee for you and opened new policies in guarantor name and still say that the balance sheet is not yet equal so pay this year premium.

                    I feel these are frauds kindly help asap

                    I received call from Mr Arun Desai and Sumit claiming they work for Max life insurance and GBIC respectively.

                    They made me get insurance policies and asked to pay premium saying that some agent has stopped your claim from insurance company and for that you have to ask third party guarantor to guarantee for you and opened new policies in guarantor name and still say that I need to pay amount of 9.9% from my return amount to get NOC.

                    I feel these are frauds kindly help asap

                      Max life insurence company issue a policy shiksha ii 0n mar 2013. I regular payee of the policy thorugh ecs. It continues till sep 2019. I was unable to pay premimum amount only for four months because of that they discontinued my policy from dec 2019 without intimating me and whatever fund accumulated in my policy that they refunded me without intimating me. I have started inversted when there was nav value 20 rs. And now it is 60.81 rs. Procedure they follow it completely disgusting. I will recomend to others don't invest in max life. They are fraud.

                          I am rajib banerjee, holding a max life insurance annuity policy, policy number[protected]. Annual premium for this policy was due on 30th dec, 2019, it is paid through ecs of axis bank. Axis bank is the agent who sold me this policy.
                          In this context, i got a call from a lady (Who introduced herself as ms. Tejal, max life agent m: [protected]) on 27th dec 2019 mentioning that if i pay the premium directly to maxlife then i will need pay rupees 10, 000 (Approx..) less, in this case i have to pay rupees 91, 632.00. Going forward this will be the amount that i need to pay. I am being offered this option since i have been paying the premium of this policy for last 5 years regularly.

                          Hence on 30th dec 2019, i have done an neft from my s/b account no [protected] (Sbi, bakultala branch, kolkata) vide neft utr no: sbin[protected] payble to maxlife[protected] on allahabad bank (Isfc code : alla0210085) ac no [protected] for rupees 91, 632.00 towards my policy[protected].

                          In spite of several follow ups with ms tejal, i have not received the invoice for this payment yet, however i got a payment confirmation via an sms in my wife's mobile (Tejal mentioned that they are unable to send the sms in my mobile) from vk-maxlif that i have paid a premium of rs 101813.00 directly. This is also surprising me since i am getting all other messages in my mobile from maxlife.

                          Till now the payment status is showing as due in maxlife website for the policy for fy 2019-20. While checked with max life customer service team, i have been informed that it is fraud call in the name of max life and i should raise the complaint with police immediately. They also informed me that they will carry out some internal investigation on this fraud payment. Till now i have been trying to reach ms. Tejal repeatedly, however she is not responding (I. E. Disconnecting the call or not picking it up).

                          I request your support to get the money refnded.

                            I am surprised to note how all my details ( to the point) are available to this fraud group .I am sure that there is not enough personal data protection within Maxlife. In fact this fake group sent a payment receipt SMS ( as I mentioned previously) from an alike id BZMAXLIT. No measurement and no action at all on these from Maxlife .So All that in last few days I have received a few phone calls from Maxlife wasting my time and mentioning that this was a fraud incident.A huge numbers of SMS with different complain numbers are created and all of them are closed by Maxlife themselves( all that I got to know that these are processed and closed). No where I see any action log.
                            3945359, 3965813 are few of those complain numbers.

                                Hi,
                                The payment for my term plan premium with max life has been made twice my mistake. I already had standing instruction setup from my savings account and i made payment during after the intimation mail separately as well. Both of them are in max life's system. Please refund one of the payments. The policy is associated with mobile number [protected].

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. Yesterday i have paid rs. 6452/- through phonepe of which utr id is[protected].

                                  But still maxlife insurance is not accepting that they have received the payment. My policy renewal date is 2nd jan 2020 which is coming tomorrow. Kindly help.

                                      Dear sir / madam,


                                      This is to inform you that, i was admitted to the nanavati hospital on 04th december 2019 after doctor consultation as i was having very severe pain in my stool.

                                      So, my doctor (Mr jayant barve (Gastroenterologist) advised me to get hospitalized immediately (I have submitted a relevant document for the reference).

                                      Next day, colonoscopy was done and they detected piles – grade 2.

                                      I was advised that the piles can be cured through medication so i doctor didn’t opt for a surgery however the medication is still on.

                                      However, during this process, i had taken advice from max bupa support staff if my policy covers piles so one of your agents had said yes so, i went for a cashless in the same hospital. Initially, the cashless got approved but later at the time of discharge the cashless was denied.

                                      During this process i was surprised how can an insurance company can deny the claim when the partial amount was already approved. Now i think the company fools a client initially you approve and then decide to decline?
                                      What if, the person doesn't have money to pay? Are you responsible?
                                      I think this is a serious issue.
                                      After that, i tried reaching support team but it was hard to reach them however somehow it got connected and i raised my query. So now they told me to send the hard copy of medical history for reimbursement so i forwarded the same to them however again they rejected my claim.

                                      I don't know why my claim is getting rejected nor i am getting any supporting for the same.

                                      This is really made me think to continue with this company or not because of a false commitment and lack of clarity.

                                      Anyways, please let me know the process for porting since i am not interested in associating with your company anymore.
