[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — call by max life agent claiming to be gbic member | |
Dear max life Today i recd call from mr arun saxena claiming to be a senior manager of max life based in okhla delhi.. He stated complete details of my policy and later said that agent had submitted for claiming loyalty bonus on my behalf and all the money wud be credited to agents account. He said if i want that money to be credited to my account then i need to lodge complaint with govt body of insurance council. He took some sort of verbal complaint from me and after some time another person mr agarwal called me stating he is from gbic and recd my complaint. He went on explaining procedure and later asked my bank details, cheque number and said this is reqd to get cust id from gbic, and for this i need to make one rgf policy with bharti axa as that was the one allocated in sounth india for talking rgf (?). The amount was 99000.. I am literally confused and dont get wahts happening.. I had taken policy from axis bank.. Can an gent claim non guarnteed benefits allocated to policy?? Need some clarity..
