[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Closure of my policies

I have requested online for closure of my policies and promptly received a response that their company executive would get back and support. However, after 2 days of no response I contacted my relationship manager for assistance. He too without assisting rejected my call and sent a message to contact their customer service through email. I've sent email for which I again received an acknowledgement that someone from company would contact me and support. It's almost a week but no one calls up nor the concerned RM picks my call. No one lifts the customer care number that is provided by them on their website. I find some kind of fraud as they are behind our blood to open the policies but run away during closure. Such irresponsible and unprofessional companies should be closed down with huge penalties.
