[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — consider my complaint, take necessary action against frauds and refund amount of rs. 15, 000/- | |||
I lost amount of rs. 15, 000/- in the name of max life insurance company. On[protected] one person called by name mr. Abhinav shukla ([protected]) and he told that sanctioned dividend rs 1, 95, 960/- one premium is pending to get maturity of my policy. If i paid advance premium rs. 15, 000/- immediately they closing my policy and transferring total amount of maturity amount and dividend amount with bonus. I believed his wordings as same i transferred rs. 15, 000/- though tez app from my account to his account which is given to me that is ift services a/c [protected], ifsc psib0000775. I wait for long days, but he did not transferred any amount to my account. Hence, i posted complaint by courier to max life insurance company address. Further, i stating that again another person called me on[protected] by name mr. Mahaveer mishra ([protected] and [protected]) working as fund manager in max life insurance company. And he told that, we received your complaint which is sent by courier and closed the policy, you get maturity amount rs. 3, 10, 100/- this amount will transferring after you paid rs. 15, 000/- for processing fee. I rejected to pay the said amount and asked his staff number (Reference id) and call me through company number, he refused to say the details and disconnected his call. All these matters i submitted to max life insurance company. Still i haven't received any response from your office. My humble request with you, kindly take necessary action and please refund my money as soon as possible... It appears to be an unsolicited call made by unscrupulous elements in the name of Max Life Insurance.The payment remitted was not made to Max Life Insurance but to a third party who in no way is related to Max Life Insurance.
