[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — deactivate auto debit service

My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My quarterly premium of rs. 16, 616/- is being auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque. It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from my card. My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My Yearly premium of rs. 24789/- is being auto debited from my Relative card without any information Last Year it Has been paid By him because of Lockdown. And This Year Me also Paid Premium by Cash on 26/03/2021 . So this year u got Premium 2 Times .
It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from card. And Refund 1 Payment So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life.
