Dear sir,
My self sunny singh policy holder bearing policy no[protected], at the time of selling the policy, your sale representative told me that, this policy, i can pre matured or surrender anytime after 5 years without paying any charges when you need the same for any purpose.
Now after paying 6 years of premium when i called your call centre bearing ticket number 3395189 dated 25th july 2019, your call centre representative told me that i will get only 65% of total amount paid by me.
This means that your sale representative misguide me to sale your product and this mean to fraud activity.
I need atleast the premium amount which i paid over the last 6 years.
And am not getting proper reply from your side.
Kindly look into the matter and revert back as early as possible.

Updated by sunny20012 Kindly revert back and resolve my issue as soon as possible because am facing medical issue in my family for which i need my fund as earlier as possible.
I also not getting any reply from Max life insurance company.

We once again wish to inform you that we express our inability to cancel the policy as the policy stands outside freelook period. Kindly consider this as our final stance on the matter."
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as earlier as possible.
