Dear sir/madam,

My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. Yesterday i have paid rs. 6452/- through phonepe of which utr id is[protected].

But still maxlife insurance is not accepting that they have received the payment. My policy renewal date is 2nd jan 2020 which is coming tomorrow. Kindly help.

      Dear sir / madam,


      This is to inform you that, i was admitted to the nanavati hospital on 04th december 2019 after doctor consultation as i was having very severe pain in my stool.

      So, my doctor (Mr jayant barve (Gastroenterologist) advised me to get hospitalized immediately (I have submitted a relevant document for the reference).

      Next day, colonoscopy was done and they detected piles – grade 2.

      I was advised that the piles can be cured through medication so i doctor didn’t opt for a surgery however the medication is still on.

      However, during this process, i had taken advice from max bupa support staff if my policy covers piles so one of your agents had said yes so, i went for a cashless in the same hospital. Initially, the cashless got approved but later at the time of discharge the cashless was denied.

      During this process i was surprised how can an insurance company can deny the claim when the partial amount was already approved. Now i think the company fools a client initially you approve and then decide to decline?
      What if, the person doesn't have money to pay? Are you responsible?
      I think this is a serious issue.
      After that, i tried reaching support team but it was hard to reach them however somehow it got connected and i raised my query. So now they told me to send the hard copy of medical history for reimbursement so i forwarded the same to them however again they rejected my claim.

      I don't know why my claim is getting rejected nor i am getting any supporting for the same.

      This is really made me think to continue with this company or not because of a false commitment and lack of clarity.

      Anyways, please let me know the process for porting since i am not interested in associating with your company anymore.

        Policy no is[protected] i have applied for cancellation of policy within free look period due to bad service and wrong information about rider provide to me by your employee mr wagh nagpur approach us with axix bank employee. Ravinagar branch i have told him from day 1 for arranging medical test but he has not done. He has taken our demand casually and did not give positive response after deducting our money. He has regularly tolerate me after continue my follow up and also your employees irritate me on phone also told us that you will not get your money on other side one of your another employee told us that it will be done and i received so many calls also unnecessarily called my wife mobile number for talking with me and now i received mail for refund of money they have deducted rs. 2000/- and your executive mr. Wagh told me not a single rupee will be deducted

        Also i inform you that i have done all procedures within time and uploading all documents properly i have all records of that
        I kindly request you please look into matter and refund my total amount. I have faced so much problem due to your executives

          Got the call from the head office mumbai branch about bonus on my policy which will be given to my agent so if you want this bonus deactivate your agent and create your customer code.dont know the call is fraud or genuine asked me to take the policy of 30000 one time payment and after 3 months bonus and 30000 will come in my account please help me

            We have taken policy in Max Life insurance with policy no as[protected].Policy holder is my father Mr M. Subramaniam. Life insured is myself S.Gowri. We have taken the policy on 31-Aug-2015 and my father paid only two premiums for the years 2015 and 2016. After in 2017 he got stroke attack and he was disabled and we couldn’t pay the premiums. So i have thought of disclosing the policy and called the call center for asking procedure to disclose the policy. Then I received call ([protected]) on[protected] from call center person Santhanu (it may be fake )and told me the procedure and he explained some offers to continue the policy. Santhanu told all my policy details and how much premium i have paid till date and how much due i have everything. He asked us to pay the premium amount of Rs 1, 38, 387 twice in 6 months gap so that the due for 3 years will be covered. Then we decided to continue. Santhanu instructed my husband Mr.Chandrasekaran .A to pay through NEFT using his cheque to below account number as two partials (Rs.69197.72 * 2 including NEFT Charges).

            After NEFT Processed I received SMS from MAX Life Stating that we have received Rs.138387 for the policy number[protected]. Then I left it..

            On[protected] I received SMS from MAX Life Insurance stating that “Beware of frauds. Make NEFT Payments only to HSBC Account”. Then I have downloaded policy receipt from online for the third premium. I called customer care on[protected]. Those people told me that payment has not been updated in my policy account.. And third premium is not updated.. I called Santhanu but his number is not reachable.. Then I realized that I was cheated by him.. I went to Central Bank of india which I made payment. That Account number belongs to Kushal kishor Mishra not on Max Life.. That account was closed now. I have enclosed his bank statement..

            Now question is how I received SMS from Max life for payment . From the same gateway still I am getting OTP..how it is possible..?

            How can he gets all my personal and policy details..

            I am sure that one of your employee should involved in this scam. I have enclosed all details.

            Please investigate from your end and let me know .Meanwhile I will consult with my lawyer to go further..

              Hi,
              By now, I must have received more than 50 fake calls quoting my policy number asking for deactivation of Agent code to transfer the bonus amount directly to my account.
              They are asking for the PAN card, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque and a deposit of Rs. 50k in a fund called Govt Return Fund.
              Since I could sense and make out their intention, I avoided their calls. What about the people who would blindly believe their stories and get into the trap.
              Is there no solution to this issue ? Cheating is the only way to earn money ??
              Friends, please beware and be aware of these people. Below are the numbers I got the calls recently:
              1. ‭+[protected]‬ - Arjun - Fake1
              2.[protected] Bansal - Fake2
              3. [protected] - Bansal personal No - Fake2
              Many other numbers which they keep on changing!!!

              Hope someone will action and stop this Rocket !!

                  I had signed & sent many forms since 10 years to max insurance to ensure that no auto debit happens towards any of my max life insurance policies. However those # had done an auto debit from my bank account even though their agent syed ali promised me that auto debit will never happen for the policies, and thereby was charged hefty bank charges for insufficient funds,

                  Due to inefficient team of max why should i be held responsible for these charges from my bank. These bunch of # had screwed up my cbil score too due to your inefficiency now. They had messed up my other ulip policies too that i had since 10 years, with your inefficient fund management & paid 2.5 lakh rupees on a policy which gave me returns of just 1 lakh now & these # state that the fund mamager charges are heavy on that policy there by it has grown negative. When they didnot manage the fund why should they charge 1.5 lakh fund charges.

                    I am a victim of this max life insurance scam.
                    It shows they've had too much practice, that they are good at lying.

                    Making false promises while playing with customers' hard earned savings.

                    On 10th october 2019 i paid my annual premium online and received a reference number (Transaction id) through my registered email, on 14th october 2019 an amount equal as premium amount get deducted/debited again from my savings account by max life insurance. That is, i was charged twice to pay annual premium for a year. I never had a premium due for payment since the beginning (2016).

                    Several attempts of kind request made to get back the amount max life insurance had stolen from my account. None of them work.

                    Emails to (1) service. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com
                    Manager. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com

                    Now i need to get the help of local authorities so that i get back my money and surrender all the policies we hold from them.

                          I get spam calls from different mobile numbers saying they have received cheq which says i should give my bonus to agents. I have been getting this spam calls like 7-8 times in last 1 year.

                          I have different policies from different companies, but never my data has been leaked as has been done by maxlife (I have 2 policies and both data were leaked). Only makes me wonder if maxlife intentionally sells this details.

                            We are totally unhappy and unsatisfied with the max life insurance company and their service.

                            My mother was forced to take max life insurance policy who is uneducated and don't know any knowledge about these insurance companies. She had some amount in her axis bank account for her medical expenses and she was cheated by the company and lost her money from her account.

                            Now she is no more and has expired. Kindly refund her money at the earliest

                              I was checking my insurance details and they asked me my policy number and date of birth then there were a msg that a 4 digit otp will be sent to your mobile number and email id but someone at your company changed my phone number and email id because email id is showing like - ani*janmaxlifeinsurance.com
                              And the number is also not mine... And i want to cancel my policy and want my all money refund otherwise i will complain in police station

                                deactivate auto debit service

                                My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My quarterly premium of rs. 16, 616/- is being auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque.
                                It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from my card. So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life.

                                We will cancel the aforesaid policy as a service gesture and refund the premium paid till date after deduction of Rs. 225.00. Please confirm that this is acceptable to you and will resolve the matter with no future claims with respect to this policy. Post the receipt of your confirmation and below mentioned documents, we will process the refund for your policy, whereby the future benefits of the policy will cease to exist. Also, we request you to submit following documents to proceed further:
                                1. Original Policy Document
                                2. Cancellation Form (Duly filled and signed by the policyholder)
                                3. Copy of cancelled cheque with account holder's name printed on it
                                4. Pass book / bank statement with the account holder's name printed on it, in case cancelled cheque does not have account holder's name printed on it
                                5. Copy of self-attested id proof.
                                Also, the same has been communicated to you on your registered email id. Do reach out if there's anything else we can help you with.

                                  As you know that i pooja yadav with emp id: 753568 have resigned from the company on 10th apri 2019 and completed all the exit formalities. Its been four months yet i couldn't receive my relieving letter. I kindly request you to issue me with the relieving and experience letter as soon as possible.

                                  If it is issued already and sent i kindly request you to resend it or would be appreciable if you can provide me the scan copy of it as i need to submit to my current employer at the earliest.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My self sunny singh policy holder bearing policy no[protected], at the time of selling the policy, your sale representative told me that, this policy, i can pre matured or surrender anytime after 5 years without paying any charges when you need the same for any purpose.

                                    Now after paying 6 years of premium when i called your call centre bearing ticket number 3395189 dated 25th july 2019, your call centre representative told me that i will get only 65% of total amount paid by me.

                                    This means that your sale representative misguide me to sale your product and this mean to fraud activity.

                                    I need atleast the premium amount which i paid over the last 6 years.

                                    And am not getting proper reply from your side.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and revert back as early as possible.
