[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Ecs getting deducted for unknown policy

Hi, i have a max insurance policy however it is a one time early payment life insurance. Recently I have had money getting deducted from my bank account every month. The message mentioned is that it's a ecs deduction for policy . Please help urgently as I haven't subscribed to any such policy. See attached photo.
