[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Fake Call | |||||
Dear Sir, I am got Two phone calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy[protected] to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents, and asked me to confirm availability in hometown for collecting the following documents like: 1.Address Proof 2.ID Proof 3.Passport size photo 4.Cancelled Cheque The caller saying that this year company has gain growth of Rs.18000C, so that company has decided to declaring the bonus value of Rs.1, 02, 000/- to policy holder, For that the policy holders have to create one dummy policy to deactivate the Agent code, and then the bonus amount will be credit to you directly to policy holder. The caller asked me to pay 1, 00, 000 it’s refundable and said will remove agent code from my policy. The 1ST caller said her name was Arti Sharma Mobile Number: [protected] and 2nd Caller Said and her phone Nandini Sharma Mobile Number [protected] For trusting them on discussion they are confirming the policy number, second confirming that Date of Birth. I am replied her i will go to the branch and then i will submit the documents, But they are ignored me to go branch and i got a doubt, and immediately I am recorded the call too. Note: 1.How the concern per got my contact details ? 2.How the per got policy number ? 3.How they know the policy holder’s Date of Birth details? I have received phone calls, agent claiming for non- guarantee fund and commission amount.
They have given secondary number to contact the manager to discuss on the same.
Then i spoke to the customer care of max life and came to its fraud call.
For me surprising, how they got the details of policy number, mobile number, policy holder name and list of document which i have submitted.
Max life insurance has to confirm how this details are shared to them..

Hi Max Life! I just got a fraud call which is not the first instance so I just disconnected after listening to their story ... same like agent claiming for non- guarantee fund and commission amount, given secondary number to contact the manager (Nandini Sharma) to discuss on the same to claim 95545... how many years this will go on? Tell me what is Max Life's responsibility here? You don't have any responsibility, then why are you selling policies? I would recommend please settle to all policy holders and close it down when you cannot run business with some ethiques. Why is it happening only with Max Life and not with LIC or any other standard Insurance companies... we feel you Max Life people only playing these kind of tricks, if not, tell us what action you have taken till date to stop these fraud calls, instead of asking policy holders to go to police station to lodge compliant.
Today my father got the call from Max Life insurance. They have given Pancard details, Policy details. They have claimed that Agent is getting commission and they can fix the same.

They are also asking refundable deposit, this kind of call not only damages the trust but also reduce the customer for our organisation.
