[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — issued wrong policy refund required | |||
We had three policies (Naresh kumar, rakesh kumar, suresh kumar) out of 3 they have refunded for 2 policies. But for last one (Rakesh kumar, policy no.[protected] they are not refunding our money. I have paid total premium 1, 20, 000/- (30k per year for 4 years). They have done wrong policy and misguided us. After policy we didn't receive confirmation/verification call regarding plan and details. Also we found that they have wrong contact number on our policy documents. I brought a Life insurance policy from Max life insurance company. But till date we are not received any doc. So I am gone in max life office and i have submit request for cancel in 17/04/2017 but till my policy not cancel.Kindly take a action.
