Dear CEO, Max Life,

It's Stella here. my complain starts from 2015. from the beginning i never opted for auto debit. but every time your company forces for auto debit. the main complain is about my premium paid for the year 2015. due to my family situation i could not pay my premium for 2015. but paid the same in January 2016 through Sathyamangalam Axis bank. paid through cheque. it was accepted and i continued my premium payment for 2017. but i got a cheque back for 1, 82, *** without information. it shows my policy was discontinued with out reason after paying all my premiums. and again they asked me to pay 1, 96, 906. that amount also i have paid with medicals completed. it was in January 2017. again i got a mail for due amount 2864.47 with out any reason. that also i paid. but till now my policy is showing as lapsed. why you make your customers mad. when they come and ask for policies even if we don't want, just for attaining their target. after that you make us slaves and treat like dogs. i called the customer service many times but no one solves this problem. even today my policy shows lapsed. who is ultimately responsible.

It's really very shame of you to treat your customers like dogs.
You can see the case history of my in your system. How much you have caused to my stress and agony. Last four months it's very heavy pain to my heart due to the way of dealing of your company.

Even from January 2016 your mishandling started. I have paid my 2015 premium little late but everything was cleared in 2016. And all premium are accepted after late payment also. But my policy show from 2015 as lapsed policy even after clearing all dues.

[protected] I have done Medicaid and paid Rs. 1, 96, 000 which is even Rs. 17, 000 more than returned amount.

Then again you asked me to pay Rs. 2864. Even that I paid.
Now again you ask me to pay Rs. 1500.

Why do think that all your customers are fools.

When I called the customer service they are not answering my questions. Every time they say sorry but never solve the problem. They said they didn't get my medical report. But it's not my problem. I have undergone medicals where you asked me to go. Why make us suffer for what we are not responsible.

What happens if I die now and after paying all my premiums. Your mis treating the customers should not continue. Why can't I approach the court for my human rights and the mishandling of your company.

I want to know why you made me suffer for what I have not done and for the bad administration capacity of your company.
