It's really very shame of you to treat your customers like dogs.
You can see the case history of my in your system. How much you have caused to my stress and agony. Last four months it's very heavy pain to my heart due to the way of dealing of your company.
Even from January 2016 your mishandling started. I have paid my 2015 premium little late but everything was cleared in 2016. And all premium are accepted after late payment also. But my policy show from 2015 as lapsed policy even after clearing all dues.
[protected] I have done Medicaid and paid Rs. 1, 96, 000 which is even Rs. 17, 000 more than returned amount.
Then again you asked me to pay Rs. 2864. Even that I paid.
Now again you ask me to pay Rs. 1500.
Why do think that all your customers are fools.
When I called the customer service they are not answering my questions. Every time they say sorry but never solve the problem. They said they didn't get my medical report. But it's not my problem. I have undergone medicals where you asked me to go. Why make us suffer for what we are not responsible.
What happens if I die now and after paying all my premiums. Your mis treating the customers should not continue. Why can't I approach the court for my human rights and the mishandling of your company.
I want to know why you made me suffer for what I have not done and for the bad administration capacity of your company.
