Recently i had purchased policY from Max Life Insurance with premium amount 3000 each but agent commitment was different he told me that if you will buy this "Max Life GAIN PLUS PLAN" policy then company will provide you some extra benefit 9000 rupees cash commission back + family member Medical cover and all these benefit we will provide you till 10th de-13 he commit me my 1st policy term is 6 years and after 6 years you will receive 1.92 Lac also premium amount 7000 rupees decrees from next year (2014). & but in my policy documents all condition is different policy paying term is 10 year for each policy. Request you to raise a complaint against IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY as well as against MAX LIFE INSURANCE. Please help me out to take my money back with interest and take proper action against the above companies.

Even they don’t attend my call. They have provided fraud information.           As you know that i Shafi Shaik with Emp ID: HYD1529 have resigned from the company on 10th dec 2013 and completed all the exit formalities.Its been two months yet i couldn't receive my relieving letter. I kindly request you to issue me with the relieving and experience letter as soon as possible.

          If it is issued already and sent i kindly request you to resend it or would be appreciable if you can provide me the scan copy of it as i need to submit to my current employer at the earliest.

          Respected Sir,

          This is bring to your kind attention that I Mr. Uttam Biswas has submitted my resignation cum separation request at Disha on 10.06.2019 mentioned that my last working day was on 14.06.2019.

          After giving the request I have done lots of Mail’s to you but still now my resignation has not been approved from your end. Also my salary is on hold from last 60 days. Still now no settlement has come.

          As per the last Mail conversation you are bringing some lame complains against me to hold my approval of Resignation by intention.

          Already 1 month has passed away & no proper resolution has come into this matter.

          So now this is my humble request to you to kindly provide me the approval of resignation as early as possible.

          Further delay can’t be tolerable from my end as due to this issues my salary is in hold and I am losing a very good career opportunity.

          So kindly do the needful otherwise I have to take legal action against this type of intentionally delay & holding issue of my salary which is my legitimacy claim.

            register a complaint against MAX LIFE INSURANCE and it's direct sales agency IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY ' Located at New delhi.I got a call from same agency and offer me Life insurance with health insurance for my entire family with a policy of 40000 which will cover health insurance of 4000000, and another policy as a gift 15000 of this policy will give me money return of 13800 with in 30 days, But after paying sum of Rs 40000 + 15000 for policy no[protected]

EVEN NO POLICY HARD COPY comes to me or my address, i have been calling them on daily basis even MAX customer care is not resolve the issue, MAX customer care is use less, not even register by complaint, every time they says they have to auth. to put my policy under cancellation.
            MAX representative will gone call me about this but didn't got any call from them . don't know how indian government allow such fraud companies.

              I have a policy with Max Life Insurance Company Ltd.My Policy No. is[protected].I have done this policy from Axis Bank Ltd., Samana on Dec, 2010.I have paid 3 premiums of my policy as advised by bank employee and they said you will get doule amount after 3 years.I have completed 3 years of my policy and now i want to withdraw my amount.But when i went to max life insurance office they said your amount has been invested in share market and you will not receive even as single rupee.

              Please intervene in this case and do the needful on urgent basis.

Ltd. they are making fraud by calling the last policyholder data by offering plan of last Policy sattlement . there are some persons who is making fraud call. they promise me to deposit 12500 amt as a security on the name of MAX Newyork Life & on date. 21.03.2014 they will provide 69757 amt with the settlement of reliance life insurance previous policy. but after some time they issue a policy on the name of max newyork life amt 12500 policy no.[protected] now they are not attending my call. i tried to call many time . the responcible person who is involved in fraud call is.

                    Mr. Shubham Agrawal (agent) and Mr Prashant Srivastava (officer) of max life insurance visited me and explained me in writting a R.D. plan . that if I will pay a premium of Rs. 4200. per month for 36 / 60 month I will be giving company Rs 1, 51, 200 / 2, 52, 000 and will get a return of Rs 2, 64, 600 / 4, 51, 000 after completing three / five years . I opted to put the policy on three years payment . which were paid by me
                    Today I visited max company office to encash the bond but it was told to me that your value is Rs 1, 59, 600 and not rs 2, 64, 000 as told to me by Mr Prashant Srivastava in writting
                    it is a clear care cheating by Mr Shubham Agrawal (agent) and Mr Prashant Srivastava (officer) of max life insurance company . kindly look in to this matter and advise me by returning mail . Thanks.

                      Sir, I have 5 life insurance policies from Maxlife insurance.Now i want to surrender these policies because they are not giving good returns.My agent of this company approach to Udaipur Office with all documents, they refuse to receive the documents, saying that policy holder should present physically.This is not a rule, it is only to discourege to custemor.                         Did you fall prey to miss-selling from Max Life Insurance? Did they cheat you by showing an inflated surrender value? Don't get surprised. Welcome to the club! You are only one in thousands of victims cheated by Max Life. (Re-posting in a detailed manner as I don't see an option to edit complaint. Attached proof of cheating, please see that as well) Here's how Max Life Insurance cheated me twice on the same policy! I had taken a Unit Linked Insurance Plan from Max New York Life (now known as Max Life Insurance) in 2008 (Policy No:[protected]. The plan name is "Life Maker Premium." I was guaranteed the following by the Max New York Life employee (not agent, Max Life often correct the word). What was offered to me? 1. 10% growth on fund is guaranteed, it can go up to 20 %(Illustration was shown in the brochure). 2. Flexibility to surrender the policy any time after 3 years (locking period as of 2008) without any surrendering charges. 3. This fund is performing best in the market; you never get a better product from anywhere else (only this product of Max Life can give you awesome returns on your money. I got goosebumps after analyzing the profit that I am going to get after 3 years!) 4. I can claim tax benefit under 80C. What was given to me? 1. Yes, I was able to claim tax benefit under 80C. (Thank Max Life, thank God, at least I got this benefit) 2. Rest all promises given to me was fake, misleading and with the intention to cheat me. 3. Max Life sincerely deducted all charges belongs to them, fund management charges, allocation charges etc. from my premium. (my premium was 20, 400/annual, after all deduction they allocated 12, 000 approximately towards my fund). 4. I decided to surrender the policy as the fund value was at 10% loss than what I paid after 3 years. When I went to surrender the policy, they surprised me! There’s a surrendering charge of 25% of fund value. (whatever they allocated towards your fund after all deductions) 5. I waited for two more years to surrender the policy to avoid surrendering charges. I went to the branch office to surrender the policy. Max Life employee (from office) confirmed that the fund value and surrender value is same.(Rs. 69, 534) 6. After surrendering the policy, Max Life surprised me again! They credited 49, 977 instead of 69, 534 with an explanation “there is a clause in the policy document, the surrender charge is 25%, if premiums paid are less than four times the ATP paid. What was the final benefit to me? I invested my money for 3 years and 8 months(total Rs. 74, 800 ) and waited for 5 years, the final result was, I lost Rs. 24, 823 . Remember, it was more(21.7% more) than my one year premium paid! In effect, they just stolen 15 months premium from me. What was the explanation given from Max Life Insurance? (Words from their email) “The surrender charges were duly informed to you at the time of surrendering the policy.” My comment: If they had informed me about the surrendering charges, I could have paid a very nominal amount to match the 4 times ATP, and saved at least Rs. 20, 000. Max Life has no guarantee on their words; they will change it any time. They intentionally hided this clause from me, when I visited the branch office to save that money. (see how cheap attitude) “Moreover, the benefit illustration signed by you before the issuance of the policy clearly reflects the applicable surrender charges in the policy” My comment: I have clearly noticed the benefits were not written in the document when I received the policy document. I have called “Aapke Sachche Advisor”, he invited me to the branch office and his manager convinced me “it’s a limitation o[censored]LIP plan, all the benefits will not be documented.” I admit it was my fault, trusting their employee and his manager. I can’t follow Hindi. Can someone explain the meaning of “ Aapke Sachche Advisor ”? Max Life’s conclusion : “It was because of the IRDA regulations I lost my money, not because of Max Life”. Thank you Max Life, it was nice to know. Dear friends, do you know I had taken another policy from Max Life Insurance before surrendering this! I stopped payment towards this for the same reason, what is offered to me is not there in the document. I can’t trust Max Life any more. I lost some money in this, but do not want to lose more and regret later. Trust me, you cannot read all their terms and conditions(* marks) even with magnifiers. The Max Life agent may be your friend, your relative or someone who is important to you. You can offer them an expensive gift for not taking a policy from them; you will still save a huge amount and keep the relationship. If you come to know that you got cheated (after few years), you may lose relationship and money. Imagine my frustration against that agent (excuse me, employee) now. Max Life will hire, utilize their relationships maximum and then fire them. Serious thought for Insurance Customers : If an insurance company (Max Life Insurance) is cheating a customer for saving Rs.20, 000, do you still want to trust them for your life insurance (for few lakhs or even crores)? I am alive to fight against them. Think about the situation of your beloved dependents in your absence. "Think twice before you leap." Are you interested to see some statics on Max Life’s cheating business? Please go to the IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) website: http://irda.gov.in/ and go to -> Quarterly supplements to journal (left side of the page). Download the latest report available and go to "Individual Death Claims"(page 354). You will be surprised to see how many claims are getting rejected by Max Life Insurance. Remember these are "Death Claims", which your dependents deserve in your absence. You can analyze the statics and find a better Insurance Provider for your dependent’s safety. There are the worst insurance companies than Max Life. Go and find them in the report. Do you know Max Life denied claim, even though the medical checkups are done by Max Life’s doctors’ panel? But the customer was not willing to give up; he approached consumer court against this, and got a favorable judgment. Please read a judgment below: http://164.100.72.12/ncdrcrep/judgement/[protected]A%201143%20of%2011.htm (Brief: Death claim was denied by Max Life saying the customer was suffering from pre-existing ailment. The court observed that the insured had undergone thorough medical checkups through Max Life’s doctors in the panel, before acceptance of proposal. This incident was happened on March 2009, and the judgment came in April, 2012 (with appeal is “allowed”. Which means if the insurance company goes for appeal, the customer will need to wait for few more years to get his claim) There are more in the Consumer Forum’s website. I just picked this up, being the latest one from Max Life from Karnataka.                         I am also trapped in the fraud policy by Axis Bank Mayur Vihar Ph 3 Branch. Axis Bank which sourced this policy (policy number[protected] Max Life Life Gain Plus® 20 Participating Plan) to me on Feb 2012.Axis Bank is Mis-selling life insurance of Max Life Insurance as an investment proof for giving locker as at the time of taking locker Axis bank told me that i need to invest in this policy and Axis Bank executive told me that this plan is a guaranteed plan and i will get return of 1, 60, 000 after six years and i can surrender this policy after three years with 2 or 3% deduction.                         contacted Customer care of Max they told me another thing that i can not surrender my policy as there is a locking period of 3 years It’s all right I can deposit my third premium but what’s the use of that as if I will deposit premium for three year than i will
                        get cash value of 12, 000. It's a clear case of fraud by Axis bank by giving wrong information about product features. I have approached nodal officer Manjula Shetty of Axis Bank for this but till now i received reply from shameless people that their bank is not faulty Axis bank is misguiding people with association of MAX life insurance to fraud people. I have contacted Axis Bank Mayur Vihar Ph 3 again and still they are saying that i will get 1, 60, 000 after six years if i deposit more money as in this plan i need to submit premium for six years that means 1, 20, 000 and i will get 1, 60, 000 on 7th year as they Max insurance will
                        announce bonus after 3 years. No body is clearing real picture for this policy. I have paid two premiums for this policy and
                        I don’t want to block more money in this plan as this plan will not have any good features rather than blocking my money for 20 years and they are giving very less sum assured .I am not understanding why govt is allowing these kind of policies to sell by insurance company when there is no benefit for people from this policy. It’s not a matter of my money only but this is affecting so
                        many people to block their money in such kind of policies.I want my money back from Max as there is nothing like customer care service as they are showing in their advertisement. I have filed FIR against Axis bank but that is not o[censored]se as there is no law in
                        India to protection from fraud policy. Please form a group so that we can file a single complaint in Supreme Court only as govt of India is doing nothing for people of India rather than they are helping these insurance companies to sell fraud policies to people.

                          (Please read completely to understand "How Max Life Insurance can cheat you in multiple ways")

                          I fall prey to mis-selling from Max Life Insurance. I had taken a Unit Linked Insurance Plan from Max New York Life (now known as Max Life Insurance) in 2008.(Policy No:[protected] The plan name is "Life Maker Premium". When I took the policy, the following were offered to me.

                          1. I can pay premium for 3 years and leave the policy
                          2. I can surrender the policy any time after 3 years without any surrendering charges.
                          3. This fund is performing best in across all market linked plans, 10% of appreciation to the fund value is minimum(illustrative figures were shown in the policy document)
                          4. Even if I withdraw 99% of the fund value after 5 years, the insurance coverage remains same till 10th year.

                          The actual facts about this policy:

                          1. I have received the policy document after completing the review period(30 days). I have noticed that the policy document differs from what is offered to me. I called the agent immediately. He invited me to the branch office and arranged a meeting with his manager. He convinced me saying all the benefits will not be recorded in the policy document, but I will get all the said benefits after 3 years(locking period). He also showed me the illustrative figures in the document(I was excited to see the profit that I am going to get after 3 years).

                          2. I paid the policy for 3 years and 8 months, and I see my fund value was 20% less than premium paid. When I decided to cancel the policy, I was told by the customer care there are surrendering charges, if I surrender the policy before 4 years. I have stopped payment towards this policy and waited for 1 more year. I have paid total premium of Rs. 74, 800, and saw the fund value was Rs. 69, 538 after 5 years(33 days short of 5 years).

                          3. As you see, the fund value was almost 10% less than premium paid. Remember, this is after 5 years! I have decided to surrender the policy as it is not likely to reach the "break-even point" in the recent future. (Why should I donate my money to Max New York Life)

                          4. I called up the customer care, the agent told me a nice example as a reason to continue with the policy. "You have planted a tree(my policy), now the tree is growing. Please don't cut the tree in between". In reality the tree was growing underground. It has never come out of soil even after 5 years. I stood on my decision to surrender the policy as he have no other explanations or suggestions.

                          This is only first phase of cheating. Coming to the second phase of cheating. The least you will expect, you will get the fund value while surrundering the policy after 5 years. (Though you lost 10% of your money)

                          I have confirmed with the customer care as well as from the Max Life branch office that the fund value and the surrender value is same(on 25/10/2013). Which is Rs. 69, 538. Max Life surprized me again! After surrendering the policy, I realized, the fund value credited to my account was Rs. 49, 977. I raised a complaint with Max Life to address this issue. I got an explanation from Max Life saying, there is a clause in the policy document. "The surrender charge is 25%, if Premiums paid are less than four times the ATP paid. 4 times ATP is Rs. 81, 600 where actual premium paid is Rs.74, 800. Max Life intentionally hided this fact from me which caused me a loss of Rs. 20, 000. I could not verify this condition in my policy document as I already surrendered the policy. I cannot verify all the hidden terms and conditions in the policy that's why I checked and verified the surrender value with the Max Life branch office.

                          Now I have escalated this to Insurance Ombudsman and soon will be filing a case in consumer court against Max Life Insurance. I will update the status(I know, this may take a very long time)

                          Thought: If an insurance company (Max Life Inusrance) is cheating a customer for saving Rs.20, 000, do you still want to trust them for your life insurance. I am alive to fight against them. Think about the situation of your beloved dependants in your absence. Think twice before you leap.

                          There are lot of choices for life insurance as well as ULIP plans. Do a market research before you make a decision. Know about all hidden charges. First, the insurance company will take all their charges from your premium.(Fund management charges, Mortality charges, allocation charges, surrendering charges, switching charges are few examples). Only the rest of money will go to your fund. Know what percentage of your premium is getting allocated to actual fund. Trust me, Max New York Life was charging 25% of premium as fund management charges, (along with other charges). My annual premium was 20, 400, in which only less than 12, 000 was going to fund, rest all swallowed by Max New York Life. I came to know about this very late. The Max Life agent may be your friend, your relative or someone who is important to you. You can offer them an expensive gift for not taking a policy from them, you will still save a huge amount and keep the relationship. If you come to know that you got cheated(after few years), you may loose relationship and money. Imagine my frustration against that agent now. Max New York Life now says, I have chosen a poor plan. I would like to ask them, "Do any customer asks for a bad plan for lossing money? Why did "Aapke Sachche Advisor" suggested me this plan?" He said this is the best available plan in the "market".

                          I never received any email from Max Life Insurance. Posting 5 star comments is a cleaver idea to get away from poor rating. I appreciate your brilliance! But remember, customers looking for positive review will enjoy this. I never asked for any favors. I am compromised on your miss-selling. I realize that was my inability. I shouldn't have trusted "Aapke Sachche Advisor". I am only asking for my fund value now, which you taken by cheating me, hiding surrendering charges. You have no excuse here, I have surrendered the policy document in your branch office after confirming surrender value. How can you credit me Rs. 20, 000 less than what you confirmed? You just saved Rs. 20, 000. Have thought of possible business loss? I am a software engineer, working as a Lead in one of the top most IT companies in the world. Can you imagine your business loss if I post this blog in my corporate website, my social networks, other forums like mouthsut etc. I will wait for a resolution for two more days. This is not a warning, just the feeling of an offended customer.
                          I never received any email so far. Writing comment with 5 Star rating is a good idea to get away from poor rating. But customers searching for positive reviews will enjoy this. I compromised on miss-selling, I realize it was my inability. I shouldn't have trusted "Aapke Sachche Advisor". I am not asking for any favors. My least expectation is to get the surrender value. I personally went to Max Life's branch office for surrendering the policy document. I have confirmed from your office, the surrender value and fund value is same. Then how can you deduct Rs. 20, 000 without any hesitation? If you had informed me about this surrendering charges, I would have paid the difference amount and then surrender the policy. I know you hided this fact intentionally to save Rs. 20, 000 by cheating me. I cannot tolerate this. When you thought of saving this money, have you ever thought of your possible business loss after this? I am working as a software engineer in a top most MNC. I can write a blog and post in our corporate website, my social networks, other review sites like mouthshut. I just started. I will wait for 2 more days to proceed. This is not a warning, just the feeling of an offended customer.
                          I was expecting their email after posting this Blog. But Max Life was pointing to the old email sent to me in November. Max Life, I apologize my statement "I never received any email so far". I have received a detailed email from you and the details are posted in this complaint(blog). I thought you have something new to share. I was mistaken. I understand you will never return my money that you cheated. Hope that clarifies your concern.

                          Please file case against Max in supreme court only as its effecting large number of people as Govt is doing nothing to get rid of fraud policies of Private Insurance companies.
                          u not getting any recovery with corporate to posting blog in social media. this kind of posting are just a dust for the corporate company.

                            I am still waiting to resolved my problem. You executive called me ask me what is this which type of policy is this? why have filled claims? I think these information's are already there, as i had submitted my all papers. First you should asked your executive to go through my file. One of your executive called me and tell me that you had made the cheque with my father name. May i know when i am filling a claim against my father death then how could i get cheque with his name. So disgusting your executives are. I already mentioned that cheque will be with my mother name and policy also say the same as she is the nominee. I request you to do some need full effort and also asked your executive not to make unnecessary calls pls.

                              I had invested in a policy with Max New York, policy no is[protected] in the year 2009, premium Rs.50000/annum. As per details provided by advisor policy having 3 years locking period, after that i can get at least premium paid amount or more according to the market value, without any surrender charges. With above condition i agree to take policy from them thinking that it will give good return after 3 years, but when I went to Max life Insurance Vaisali Branch (Ghaziabad) after 5 years, they I have to pay surrender changes of 20%. However, at the time of taking this policy I was told by the Agent that I can surrender any time after 3 years The policy document what I have says the same, Surrender charges for Policy year 5 is 20% of ATP but the fact is I got this document after taking policy. Max life has given me wrong information during purchase of policy, its a real case of fraud. I tried to consult with Max life first for the same (twice ) and got ticket number 12349151; they have assured me that I can get 50% of the amount. As I was/am in urgent need I had no choice other than go for partial surrender (Even if I wanted to get my complete money back). I got a message from Max after few days of partial request submission that my request has been rejected, the only amount I can get is 44, 000; I felt cheated I am sure 90% Max customer will have the same feedback. Even Max life employee's used to say do not trust Agent and they don't guarantee about their Agents. This is my Money and I need my money back without any deduction. Please help me to get my complete money back from Max life and stop such kind of marketing strategies. Regards, Gyan

                                Hi, I took this policy on 2008 and paid the premium for 5 years. When i looked at the consolidated statement, my premium paid till date was 55, 260 but my balance now is 40, 232. I have lost 15, 000 in the name of administrative charges, mortality charges etc, etc. Want to surrender now. Please let me know whether i will get the 40 k atleast.

                                  My name is Bhagath Chandra Battula with Policy no:[protected]. I have requested for Partial Surrender on 07/10/2013, they have forwarded a cheque of 47, 000/- to 14/10/2013 to my previous address, All the time they ask for updating details but they don't update themself. Then it was forwarded to my present address, after 1 Month I have received the cheque but they blocked the transfer. I have called the customer service but they say you have withdrawing capability upto 12000/- i don't know what that is, then why did they send the 47, 000/- rupees cheque..? I have mailed to both Manager.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com and service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but it seems they are day dreaming so i have filed a complaint in IGMS. I thought they are cheating so forwarded all my friends to pull back all the money from max life once the lock-in period is done and I request not to take any policy from them. I Hope that IGMS could resolve the issue if not it would be forwarded to IRDA. I have completely lost trust and faith in there service. Note: The Address in the proof is removed.

                                    Dear Concern, I want to raise complaint against MAX LIFE INSURANCE, Max life insurance having a direct sales agency called ' IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY ' located at new Delhi. I got a call from same agency and offer me Loan on 0% interest in 45days of processing. Then he offer me a MAX LIFE INSURANCE policy and told me that You have received a loan against policy in next 45 days. At that time I a very needy person in terms of rupees because I have been going family problem at the same time. So I took 30k-30k of 2 policies of MAX LIFE INSURANCE in Jun'13. After 30days the again he call me and said that your loan amount is high so you have to pay TDS first then we will give you loan amount as per RBI rules. Then after 2-3 days the FPR again contact me and suggest to take 1 more policy as a dummy policy so you don't have to pay TDS amount and this policy has been closed in next 2-3 month by us so you have to pay installment against only for previous Policy. So I took the 1 more 60K policy of MAX LIFE INSURANCE in sep'13. after that to till date I haven't received the loan amount and the FPR also not answering my phone and the FPR again demanding 15k more now for the same.I am totally frustrated now.                                       Hi, I have taken ULIP policy of MNYL in 2008, and was giving premium at regular interval, however from 2012 due to my personal resons i was not able to pay premium on time. now when i am asking them that i want to continue this policy and i can pay the premium in part, they have refused. also i have made payment of 25000 rs which has not credited to my policy and also i did not recieve back that amount.                                         I was made to buy 2 different max life policies one amounting to 21k and other 11k..Agent had clearly communicated that the policies can be stopped at any point and a refund is liable. however i shall get maximum benefit if i apply for a refund post 3 years.

                                        I tried to get a refund before 3 years and i was told by max insurance that they cant refund the money. The only option i had was to pay the premium for lapsed time and apply for a refund post 3 years ie in 2014. My policy number is[protected] for 21,000/- AND[protected] for 11,113/- )

                                        Till date i ve emailed 4-5 times to max customer services to get an explanation on policy calculations post 3 years however there is no explanation provided. One rep said it will be calculated like - Total premium paid minus first premium * 30% which amounts to disgraceful an unbelievable amount. That would make me look like a fool !!!!

                                        They feel no need to clarify the calculations ! Only chase me for premiums ! Claim that my number is unreachable whereas everyone else can easily reach me! No information on refund policy !

                                        Do not buy from MAX AT ALL. they do not care to respond once the policy is bought that too providing fake / misleading information.

                                        Anyone buying from MAX LIFE INSURANCE trust me its MIN LIFE / MONEY INSURANCE

                                        after going through the attached policy details, i can safely say that i never received the hard copies of the policy. Also as per my telephonic conversation today, (shailesh)you claimed that my email id was not registered which means soft copies too were not eamiled across.

                                        As mentioned while purchasing the policy i was told that my premium amount was refundable at any given time. I was never told about the lock in period of 3 years etc.

                                        You could check your records for the courier of hard copy of policy & also soft copy of the email.

                                        Given this misleading OR complete lack of information i request you to refund the complete amount paid till date.
