My policy number[protected] #Axis Bank #max life insurance
Need your attention towards this matter over a period of time I was given an different proposal by an Axis Bank representative and lately my fund was invested in Max life policy without even knowing my policy details neither got any proposal before my investment..
Just virtual verification was taken online..
Haven't aware of any policy points before my verification itself.
I was informed that my investment fund could be withdraw post 3 years but in this policy there is lockin period which was not aware cus of miss guidance of oral commitment .
As once after i got an template of my policy bond . I informed Axis Bank manager right next day to withdrawal of my plan. he said as per the terms its not possible to withdraw from the plan as it was already registered.
But in the bond it says you can withdraw within 15 days but they didn't follow the terms of client requirement.
My fund was switched accordance to Max life policy but i haven't have any idea of track..

Post my three years i returned to bank for an withdrawal that is when they explained me the complete policy of what I have invested ..
And there is no response from the Max life insurance team but only for the premium reminder i get mail and notification but to address my concern no mails or calls regards.
I don't want to continue with this kinda false commitment and improver guidance.
As per the norms of false committed by the representative I want my funds to be withdrawn from the policy irrespective of any deduction and my fund was utilised for a term period of 3 years need an compensation over a period of term.
If not considering my concern i will register an complaint regards this matter #IRDAI & #Consumerforum # LegalForum

I would like to bring to the concern authority a notice that my issue was unresolved. I got a call from max life insurance executive and he just checked what was issue and confirmed me that he will escalate to further department for resolution and no meeting was arranged he just collected my OTP and confirmed me he will solve and then no response from max life insurance team.

I wanted to bring my scenario on media and will post on media for public awareness.
Attaching th le audio clip of the concern person who spoke to me via call .
And the service team is also miss guided with false commitment
