Hi, this is V Rajesh kumar, had Policy No:[protected] with max life insurance. Total term of the policy is 20yrs, Commencement date: 24.03.2014. I had paid 10yrs with yearly permium of Rs 24796 no breakdown. Due to financial emergency i have surrendered policy on 28.06.2023 and got Rs2, 15, 551.08 only. But we have paid Rs247960. Instead of getting min bank interest i got less amount than i paid for 10yrs. Which is unethical and fraud.br...

Policy no.[protected] I instructed the agent to cancel my application 3 times (29 Apr, 01 May and 02 May). The agent did not cancel and went ahead with the policy with incorrect information and without my consent. The policy got issued on 03 May.
I logged into the customer portal and raised a free look period cancellation request and received an email stating that I will be contacted within 24 hours. I did not receive any call, only...

It's been 55 days from my last working day. Still i didn't receive my relieving letter.

Many times I wrote mail to HR 4 u team. But no response from them.

They repeatedly update the status of my F& F settlement. But they doesn't update or share my relieving letter.

She mentioned correct numbers of my 5 Max policies and said that the agent was claiming a bonus on my behalf but she can lodge a complaint if i want to claim the bonus myself. I send the surrender request for the Policy no.[protected] and generated three tickets for the same but everytime they close the tickets without resolving the request.

I was holding Maxlife policy and I have stopped renewing after initial payment. after that I got calls from different numbers saying from GBIC and convinced me to take another third party policy to get the premium I have paid for Maxlife policy. I got a call today from Max Life Insurance and he said that company is about to release commission to my agent and this commission can be credited to my account as well. For this I have to create an investment policy in Max Life for 31, 350/- which I can cancel after 90 days.
I was suspicious and aksed some queries and they answered them all. And they also had my policy number, due date, mobile number, dob etc. So I started believing...

I got a call from a prem who claimed himself as Max Life agent claiming to be from the fund cancellation department saying that my insurance agent is claiming commission although i have made online payments on my own and he has got a signature from me at the time of enacting the policy that he can claim all my bonus amount.
