I would like to inform that my Father had taken the insurance policy from LIC and his policy had been matured, we are not interested in life insurance still a agent from Max Life Insurance namely, Aditya Raghav came to our house without any reason and wanted to sell policies of other companies namely Bharti AXA and LIC. He said he works in head branch of maxlife in gurgaon. He has shown his ID card of Max Life Insurance Company but selling insurance of other mentioned companies. He doesn't not talk anything good about his company and said company is going into loss, also suggested us to take insurance from mentioned companies. He tried to offer us guaranteed plan with huge premium amount of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs per year with 2 year bond for a period of 24 years. We have to pay premium for 10 years. We denied continuously still he doesn't want to leave until we are ready to buy policies from him. We at last asked him to leave and doesn't show any interest in purchasing any policies from him. He wanted to fool and trap us by making us buy insurance from other companies. He also made huge commitments but we didn't trust him as he did this to make his own profit from policies he tried to sell us. We don't want any life insurance from any company. In March 2023, a cashier from Max Life Insurance company called my dad for the premium payment of his policy then he adviced my dad that he is not benefitting from his existing policies. Then he said he will increase his policy cash value in the system if he arrange a meeting with agent he was sending. My dad denied still he send fraud agent to his house to misguide him and loot money from him. He guided the agent to replace his market based policy to guaranteed plan policy of longer duration and higher premium so as to earn large profits from my dad policies. Agent showed my dad that his policy cash value is declining day by day. This was as a result o[censored]pdating cash value of his policy in the system by this cashier. Updating cash value so as to show a much lesser amount was a market for this cashier sumit chauhan. These were the unfair means used by this fraud cashier so as to loot my dad. My dad has lost around Rs 15 lakh because of this guy. When my dad calls the agent then agent replied this cashier is not letting me do anything means he send the agent only to loot money from my dad and did not provide any benefit to my dad. This sumit chauhan also not letting my dad to close his policies. This fraud cashier wanted my dad to continue for longer duration to earn maximum commission out of it. This fraud cashier sumit chauhan targets people who have taken market based longer duration policy policies. Then he make false commitments to them only to loot money from them and doesn't benefit them. Also, he stop all their policies related work only earn commission from their policies to buy higher liabilities like home, car, bike, bungalow etc. to make his life luxurious by destroying the bank balance of clients. He is mental case and fraud guy in selling policies and earning commission from them. He is very illiterate and mentally disturbed. He sends fraud agents by guiding them unfair means to exploit the clients. Take necessary action against this cashier and fire him immediately.

An agent from max life company called me without any reason for selling insurance then I replied I don't need any insurance. This agent was so irritating even after my refusal he continued insisting me to purchase the insurance. I replied 'No' still he said I shall visit your house lets have a meeting. I said don't come to my house. He didn't listen and reached my house. His name was Aditya Raghav. He introduced himself as Relationship Manager who work in max life insurance company. He then said listen to me about insurance plan then take your decision. Then I was shocked that he was selling insurance of LIC and Bharti Axa companies. He didn't try to sell the insurance of his company. Instead he was insulting his own company. He was telling the shortcomings of his own company and praising other insurance companies specially Bharti Axa. He lied to me Max life company liabilities were going to be sold to Bharti Axa. He said don't invest in Max life policies as your money will go into loss and investment get wasted. Then he started explaining me insurance plans in which one has to pay premium of 2 Lakhs per year for longer duration says 25 years. He was selling 2 policies of Bharti Axa and 2 policies of LIC with a premium amount of 2 Lakhs per year. He said you have to pay premium for 5 years after then I will show up in the system that you have paid the premium and you don't need to pay anything. I clearly said no still he didn't listen to me he continue insisting me. I said I have made the final decision I don't believe you. He got aggressive on me and shouted at me also he had a fight with me. The main point was the person who is not loyal to his company can't be loyal to any customer. He is very shameful and disgusting person. He believes in selling insurance to customers for earning commission from their policies and run away and find new targets. He had no heart feelings as he was selling multiple policies of very higher amount not less than 2 Lakhs. He didn't care how the customer manage to pay the premium. He is interested in emptying the bank balance of customers. He is very mannerless and has no etiquettes how to talk with customer. He didn't know how to maintain good relations with customer although he introduced himself as relationship manager. He was shaking too much while talking and talking baseless. He is completely illiterate. He was behaving like psychopath. His mind is not in a good mental position. He needs mental therapy to recover. If someone is saying that no insurance is needed why he make visit to any person unnecessary without his consent. Actually he was a fraud and need to be put behind bars. They were able to gain his trust as they shared the policy details and all his account and transaction details.

An agent from max life insurance came to my home who introduced himself as relationship manager but actually he was an agent. His name is Aditya Raghav. Actually I have taken one policy from this company which is guaranteed plan from which I am not benefitting as policy duration is about 20 years for 10 years I have to pay premium if Rs 1 lakh each year. The company unnecessarily send this false agent to my house without my consent, he misguided...

I called the customer care of the mentioned company to buy a suitable policy for the purpose of ITR. The company send a agent named Aditya Raghav. Then I discussed my requirements with him that I wanted a policy of higher premium with maximum benefits and returns to show the deductions in respective of tax. This agent doesn't listen to me instead recommended me more than 1 policies of different companies of higher premium more than my expectations. He recommended term plan of Rs. 10 cr. He said his company is not profitable. Also he insulted his company. He praised other insurance companies instead namely Bharti Axa, LIC etc. He lied to me that his company's other business ventures are going to be sold to other companies like Max Hospital has been sold to Bharti Axa company(Aditya Raghav Statement). Also, he affected my other policies in maxlife which are going into loss because of him and on the basis of these policies he trapped me and said your policy will go into loss until you doesn't take any policy of higher premiums. He misguided me about the policies that 1 policy of higher premium is not sufficient you have to take 6 policies of higher premium. He sold me 2 policies of maxlife, 2 of bharti axa, 2 of LIC of higher premiums. After selling policies he disappeared never visited my house even once. He is not even picking up my phone. He is cutting my phone call and talking to other customers to trap them and misguide them. He also made false commitments before selling policies he said I will make sure you get higher returns. He trapped me and misguided me due to which I have to take 6 policies from him. He does that for earning higher commission from policies. On the basis of this he get promotion and increment. After 10-12 calls when he pick up my phone he talk very rudely and arrogantly. Also, he doesn't reply to my messages on whatsapp. Before selling policies he was very very active. After selling policy he is treating me like his slave not a client. He also abused me many times. Because of him I have lost around Rs 50 cr. Because of my other business ventures I have recovered my some amount of money. When I asked him he lied to me that my area is extended. He lied that his cousin is expired. He lied his cousin father is expired. He lied he is blessed with a baby boy. I find out from the customer care that statements he made were false and baseless to avoid my calls. But misguidance and lies are not tolerated. He doesn't know how to treat a client and how to behave with them. He has a habit of shooting in the dark. He is capable of nothing. He used to misguide clients for his own benefits. He is completely hollow and has no heart feelings. He gas done fraud with me. I don't know why company is not taking action against this false agent? PFA to know how this cheater agent is behaving with clients. It is requested to take action against agent Aditya Raghav as earlier as possible. Don't send this fraud employee ever again best fire this employee.

A max life agent came to my house in Jan 2022. He introduced himself as relationship manager actually he is an agent. His name was Aditya Raghav. He said I came to your house to arrange a meeting to inform you that my policies are going into loss, actually true. Then he suggested a method called port in which he said you have to take few policies and he will make a request for this procedure via mail. Then he said port request will be registered at the start of next financial year. He will receive it's documents within 2 weeks at the start of next financial year. He said gave me 4 cheques of Rs 1 lakh. I denied still he started making false commitments that this is one time investment you don't need to pay any amount later on, all your policies will get paid up and all your money will be recovered. Later I found he has not dropped any mail. He played with my emotions and fooled me. He exploited me also harass me later on when I gave cheque to him. I found he was capable of nothing. He was very active on messages, whatsapp, phone calls when I didn't gave any cheque to him. After this he disconnected from me and didn't use any of these stuffs later on. He did this to earn commission from my policies. He talked very rudely. Sometimes cut my phone calls. Stopped messaging me. Blocked me on whatsapp. Still I have not received any documents from your end. Also he sold me 2 policies of Bharti Axa and 1 policy of LIC and 1 policy of maxlife. He didn't told me anything about other companies he had sold insurance, I think he will sold insurance of his company. How a employee of any company selling insurance of its competition?

Hi, this is V Rajesh kumar, had Policy No:[protected] with max life insurance. Total term of the policy is 20yrs, Commencement date: 24.03.2014. I had paid 10yrs with yearly permium of Rs 24796 no breakdown. Due to financial emergency i have surrendered policy on 28.06.2023 and got Rs2, 15, 551.08 only. But we have paid Rs247960. Instead of getting min bank interest i got less amount than i paid for 10yrs. Which is unethical and fraud.br...

I had two whole life policies since 2011. One person posing as an employee of Maxlife with all my policies details, my contact nos. came to my residence and made me to opt for other two scheme said to be more beneficial. But actually it is not so. She did not updated my details in the record at Maxlife office as I am informed later by one of Maxlife office processed my loan request. But since 26th May did not got the loan amount credited which was told to credit it to my account within 6 workiing days. As a result I loss around Rs.50000 for the commitment I had on the assurance of Maxlife.
