I applied noc form on 30 march 2018 in amijakari branch,

I lost my identity card and licence for that i provide a police complaint and the complaint copy i attached with ic 38

Kind issue my noc as soon as possible

And it is mandatory to the insurance company to issue the noc within a week period as per the irda rules and regulation
