[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Non refund of amount of cancellation policy | |||
I Hara Prasad Mishra, applied for an insurance policy No.[protected] earlier and the same has been cancelled on 09 Nov 16 as SMS received from Max Life. The amount has been credited to my account till date. Though I have physically contacted to the Axis bank representative as well as the agent of Max life Insurance at Sector-14 Gurgaon repeatedly, no action has been taken by them till date. They do not want to attend the queries and the attitude of the staff is quite pathetic. I request you to kindly initiate necessary action for crediting the amount Rs. 50000/- to my account.
