[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — PF withdrawal

Dear Sir/Madam,
With regards I want to say that My name is Manish Kumar and I was employee of Max newyork life with emp code DEL 3337 for the period of March 2010 to Oct 2011, I have resigned the job but I was not able to withdraw my Pf amount because pf no allotted to me does not show in epfo services, I want to know the pf amount for my pf no.

So kindly guide me what is exactly establishment code and region of my pf no so that I can process my pf withdrawl.

I am Bharat Bhushan ojha Past employee max life insurance company. My employee code JPR 1091. I applied for of withdrawal request but not revert my mail [protected]@maxlife insurance.com but not revert me what is my status about withdrawal I attached all document.
Please process fastly my complaint I required much my this of amount.
He department not support me well.
