Made calls to customer care for about 10 times but they are disconnecting call when I ask for receipt.
I want my receipt as soon as possible. don't fool people you cheaters

      Due to one of my relative constant pressure who is max life executive i didn't say no to purchase a policy from max due to her persistence.
      Now i want to withdraw my hard earned money from max life. I called there customer care but they are saying your money will be lapsed you will get nothing if you don't invest for more 2 years.
      I will suggest to all please don't choose max life for your investment. May be you will loose your hard earned money.

          I have taken this max policy[protected] in march 2012 thru axis. I have so far deposited 5 annual premiums of rs. 40000 yearly. Due to some financial crisis, i planned to surrender this policy. When i reached out to customer care, they told me that if i surrender the policy i will only get 30% of last 4 premiums submitted. It is shocking to know that max is going deduct almost 75% of the total premium deposited. This is fraud. Even if one put his money in savings account, the money will grow but in this plan, it is depreciating badly.
          Now comes the information shared by the agent while selling this policy to me. He convincingly told me that you can surrender the policy after 3 years lockin and there will be minimal surrender charges. He also told that if i submit all the 6 mandatory premiums, i can surrender the policy after completion of 6 years and i will only get premium paid plus paid up yearly bonus. As per him, if you surrender policy after 6 years but before maturity, i will not get sum insured. I have been cheated by the agent as he made false claims and did not mention 30% return or cash value clause once. He even claimed that if i keep the policy for full 20 years, i can get 6-8 lakhs total maturity return.
          I tried to reach the agent but he left axis bank. I even tried to reach the contact number given in my online policy account as my insurance agent but the person said he was never with max and his number is mentioned wrongly there. Even the information in online account is fraud.
          Don't understand how these companies survive by doing such cheating with common citizens. Even if i just do fd/ppf of 40000 for 6 years, i will get better return. This is sheer fraud in the open daylight.
          I have to reach out to concerned legal and regulatory authorities to get the help and justice. Really disappointing that such big companies (Max & axis) indulge in cheating so openly and arrogantly.

            I had a policy of maxlife which was dure for premium i got reminder for tha from the main branch they asked to to pay 40000 Rs. which i paid but ispite of renewing my policy i was given new policy by forging my signature after complaining i was asked to provide specimen signature verified by my bank after providing they accepted that signature forging has been done and coolly asked me to fill policy cancelatin form and surronder the policy but refuged to pay the money

              Pl take ref. Of policy no[protected] and[protected] in name of asha kushwaha.
              I had paid a single premium rs. 100000 by cheque no 066272 on[protected] but received two separate policies. When i paid single premium cheque, why i had allotted two different policies?
              Again second objection is, my husband will retire on 31 dec, 1920. Then how can i pay further premium. I am unknown about 12 or 15 years or premium. Your officers not informed me about such a long premium period.
              I request to you pl. Change my policies premium period and only allowed 5 premiums.
              I you do so, i will pay all 5 premium if you not do so, i will not pay and will take legal action also.

                    I wish to bring to your notice the following grievances on my surrendered policy no.[protected] at anna nagar, branch, chennai.
                    My name is r. Jayavelu, and i am from chennai. I have a policy with max new york which was taken in 13.6.2011 and the policy number is[protected].

                    The complaint on them is i had payed 3 years premium of 10, 000/- i. E 10, 000 per annum for 3 years. Dur to unavoidable circumstances i could not continue the policy. Today i have surrendered my said policy, and asked about my fund value and they told me that it is 30, 000 but when i asked them to surrender for the same amount they told me that 30% surrender charge would be applicable which was not told at the issue of the policy and they said i would now be getting some where around rs.14, 500/- only.

                    My friend mr. Varadaraj, policy no.[protected]With 25% of surrender from bangalore already launched complaints against the max insurance branches and got the entire amount as he spent. Due to giving wrong information from your representatives / agents leads to spoil your good name.

                    Therefore once again i request kindly arrange to return entire money with interest (I. E. Rs.30, 000/- hard earned money) otherwise i will go to the consumer court.

                      I received a call from Max Life from no [protected] at 3.16pm today . She told her name as Sonia and she was very irrelevant and rude . When asked to be precise she abused and threatened me that I will not get the money and she will cancell the policy. She refused to tell the full name.Then I got another call from [protected] from a male who did not reveal his name and abused me furthur more on behalf of Sonia.Please take proper actions against these people who are tarnishing the image and reputation of your company.                           I got a call from MAX and they said that they will refund around Rs 81000/- out of Rs. 150000/-. I still feel that the amount is very less and I want to know the process of how they are calculating this amount. I request the company to review my policy and revert.

                            Dear sir/ madam,
                            I have submitted a cheque for a term policy plan to mr. Viddesh at panaji office, goa in march 2016 and underwent medical tests for the same in march 2016. A month later, i was then informed to come to the office to fill a back pain questionnaire, which i did promptly.
                            However, there was no further communication and when my agent contacted the office on his accord in june 2016, he was informed that my term policy cannot be considered for the previous financial year. Mr. Viddesh informed me to resubmit a cheque for the new financial year. This delay in service and communication has caused a loss of tax rebate on the term policy amount of over rs.3000. My visits to the office to sort out the matter has also led to loss of time and money from staying away from my clinic.
                            I would be grateful if this matter can be sorted out with compensation for the loss of tax rebate and a fresh term policy issued.

                                I had bought a life insurance policy of rs. 2 lac in 2009. The agent told me that i have to pay for 3 years and shall get the maturity after 10 years. Now the company is telling your policy is in holiday period and deducted charges from money which i paid, i am in big loss now. Also i came to know about mis-selling and cheating in this policy. The company is not taking any action.

                                My request to all just don't buy any private company insurance, all are big cheaters.

                                  I had bought a life insurance policy of Rs. 1 lac in 2013 . The agent told me that I have to pay for 3 years and shall get the maturity after 5 years. Now the company has debited 4th year premium from my bank account. This is totally unfair and unethical. Even the same agent sold another policy of Rs 1 lac in 2013 which was cancelled by your Company in March 2016, only because of mis-selling by the agent. Now I also came to know about mis-selling and cheating in this policy also . The company is not taking any action in regards to grievances highlighted by me.
                                  So please help me out in this matter as I m highly disturbed due to this .

                                  Mr Vidit Bhasin from Max life has totally denied my complaint of mis-selling and unfair business practices . He is not admitting my charges. The same agent of Max life sold two policies to me in Feb 13 and March 13. The company has cancelled one policy by admitting the mis-selling done by same agent in that policy and has denied any mis-selling in second policy.
                                  Even the company had failed to provide any evidence of policy bond delivery which has not delivered to me since last 3 years. So I am also fully entitled to free look period of 15 days which is my legal right.
                                  Kindly support me in highlighting such fradulent practices of Max life insurance via social media to millions of innocent customers so that they do not enter into any relationship with Max Life insurance co ltd. Please forward this post to as many as peoples.

                                      I bought two insurance investment plans of Max life insurance co ltd vide policy no's:[protected],[protected]. The company never delivered the original policy bonds of these policies till date. Even the agent has done mis-selling and unfair business practices in these policies. I have all the evidences in documentary form with me. I have asked the company to cancel my policies under the free look period option of 15 days as the company failed to deliver the policy bonds. Even the company has already admitted over the email that they do not have any delivery proof available with them . Now they are befooling me and are not ready to cancel these policies under free look period of 15 days.
                                      If the company continues to ignore my concern then I shall highlight and justify all the unfair and unethical practices used with me.

                                      We are in regular touch with the customer care team of Max Life insurance. They are totally inclined towards the agent with whom I never met. The company is not ready to cancel my policies under free look period option of 15 days. Rather they are delaying the time and trying to suppress this matter. They are insisting me to meet and discuss on the subject again and again.
                                      I have asked them to cancel my policies under free look period as I m going ahead with this option only. If the company refuses to cancel under free look period then I shall justify the mis-selling allegations in these policies and I shall justify with the supporting evidences in that case. The customer care team has set a precondition to compulsory meet with the concerned office head and then they will decide in free look cancellation.
                                      Why the company is not ready to take a stand as per the available material facts of non delivery of policy packs till date?? As per the available evidences, I do have a clear free look period option of 15 days which can not be neglected and declined in the eye of law. If I am going ahead with my free look period option then why the company is insisting for face to face meeting with the concerned branch office head. I shall be happy to meet with that office head if the company declines my request in free look period.
                                      In that case, I shall justify mis-selling with the documentary evidences and shall be glad to meet these people.
                                      I am travelling overseas on a business your right now and shall remain engaged for quite some time.
                                      This is unethical and unfair behaviour shown by Max life insurance because they are not adhering to regulations set by IRDAI for the policyholders interests. I am passing through excessive mental agony due to Max Life Insurance.
