[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Policy terminated without customer info | |||||
My policy no.[protected]..I paid all premiums till I lost the original bond. I approached the srikakulam branch, they asked me to submit the affidavit..I submitted all the concerned document's immediately as my policy was active...but till date I didn't receive the bond..now after consulting the branch they were telling your policy is terminated..bond can't be issued and money can't be refunded... Poor show...as a customer I lost and cheated by unprofessional team of Max...kindly resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
