Max Life Insurance — premium paid but not received by max life | |||
I paid premium after I received a call from Max and send an IMPS payment via SBI Netbanking to Axis Bank Uttam Nagar Branch. I got a call from Manish, who introduced himself from Finance Dept, Max Life. I paid 46354/- as premium for policy no.[protected] on 15/09/2018 Mr Manish asked me to pay discounted premium. Now I found out it turned out to be hoax call. I want refund of my money back to my account.I have already filed police complaint. Kindly trace this phone number from where I got call. The phone number is [protected] The details of beneficiary where I send the premium is: Beneficiary Name: Max Life[protected] A/C No- [protected] IFSC Code- UTIB0000696 Bank Name: Axis Bank Branch: New Delhi Amount 46354/- Please do the needful so that money is refunded back to my account so that I can pay my premium to Max by visiting their office.
