My self pandya umeshbhai k. I hold URN number MAXI[protected]. And SSO ID Number is 849946. I am work in max life insurance as an adviser. 18/march/2021 I was clear interview in other insurance company. That's way I wanna surrender my advisor code and I inform my higher authority(mane of nilesh pachhigar surat ) and give resignation letter but nilesh sir not accepted latter because of him pramotion. When I inform to ### manager of M.L.I surat they told me nilesh stopping all thing his code is not genrate so you have to wait for n.o.c and today is 19/april and still my n.o.c is not generated by them . I hubble request to sir please give fair Justice in that case
Because of during covid-19 condition my economically and family condition is not well and last 25 days I have no work and other earing opportunities. And those people my wast 25 day if they was given n.o.c time to time and accept my resign on same time then I have job and almost I EARN half payment.

Updated by pandya2om Thank you for notice my complain. And surat branch accept my resign letter but still they refused my n.o.c request and same story tell me when mr nilesh (nilesh.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com)
got pramosan then we realize your n.o.c . Other wish we are not give it to you. And one more thing Currently I lost my apportunity. When I inform them they hire new candied. And currently they have no vacancy for me. Now I'm jobless and also hopeless because of covid-19 pandemic. I don't know what should I do with this screamtrance.
