18th December, 2022. Md Mahfooz Alam, i received the call from max life, that sir your payment is due, you cleared Rs 35576.72 amount 2200 its something late fine charges after that you can rest pay rest of amount. I have done payment, after that they promised us that we will start your policy. Now when we visited to Koramangala branch to know the status then they said no payment received after that when we asked multiple times then they confirmed after that they said 2-3 medical is pending, then we have done 800 and submit the medical, health declaration form also they taken, now when we saying again to renew the policy then they are saying you have to pay 9000 then we will procedure, i received a mail in the month of 18th December, this amount is due, so after 15 days they are asking to pay us 9000, multiple times mail done from our side whatever they are saying we are doing, 2times test done, we paid the amount also what they said, after payment many times i asked for link card to my card, send me my medical report, when you will start policy. but nothing replying only taking time, so much they tortured us, when they asked us money in the month of December on that time also they called us multiple times, literally fed up, we are aam public so these companies are doing whatever they want.please help, i am begging you, sorry as of now i am not giving my policy number. my contact number is [protected], they tortured me.
