[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Spam call claiming Insurance agent falsely claiming bonus amount

I got a call from a prem who claimed himself as Max Life agent claiming to be from the fund cancellation department saying that my insurance agent is claiming commission although i have made online payments on my own and he has got a signature from me at the time of enacting the policy that he can claim all my bonus amount. The number from which he called is [protected] and he has all the details such as my policy number, the annual due amount i paid, agent name. He told if i want to stop the agent from defrauding me i should talk to his manager and he gave,

and then asked me to call to his MANAGER NUMBER- SUMITHRA JAIN - [protected], when i called she asked my name and then my policy number
when i gave it she asked my date of birth for which i asked why should i give i have the complaint number and file number u can check the details immediately she hung up the phone. I am sure this is a fraud call as i got the same type of call and ignored to call the manager and now i got for the second time.

HOW COME ALL MY POLICY DETAILS IS KNOWN TO THEM, IS SOMEONE SELLING THE DETAILS OF POLICY HOLDER'S TO THE FRAUDSTERS. HOPE MAX LIFE INSURANCE ISSUES A WARNING TO NOT GET CHEATED BY SUCH SPAM CALLS FOR GOOD
