stay away from maxbhi. com totally scam site nothing at all order automatically cancelled and not refunded one month gone bloody ###.

Maxbhi means fake product and fake delivery date also. don't purchase any thing from this site.

This is a fraud company, I ordered two items and later they cancelled . My money is sitting in their wallet and I can't reach to customer care number also. I tried to get back my money in any form So I tried ordering whatever there in the site but no luck everything is cancelling.

Hello guys. I am from Kerala. I ordered a mobile cover on 5th July 2018 by debit card and after three days later I got a message which the order was automatically cancelled by Maxbhi team. Then I requested to return my money.but they told me that they need to time for processing period. I had firstly got my money via their e -vallet account.but I hadn't seen my money in my bank account for multiple times. I contacted them about ten times and they always telling me waiting for some days.at the Last stages they told me that I need to send my bank statement about my transactions period between 5 the July to 21st July. I had got my account statement by bank. But bank advise me never ever send such kind of details to anyone. After I hadn't sent it for a week.one day I went to a ATM machine for collecting some cash for another card. I had just checked my purchased debit card when I ordered in Maxbhi.com. fortunately I Saw my balance was increased and I confirmed it through my account book with printed it. Finally I got my money after 22 days. Even though I strongly recommend that don't buy anything in maxbhi.com if you are valuing your money. Beware it, thanks

Maxbhi Is run by cheats who believe that the customer is always wrong !! they never refund even if the product supplied is physically damaged, and this is evident in the photo they themselves have uploaded before "packing".

Customer service is a nightmare, Untrained and no quality control copy pasting the same reply that others have pasted ... There are many better sites out there like Amazon who give you shopping with peace of mind. Dont waste time, money and more importantly your sanity on a fraudulent retailer like Maxbhi.

This is fraud company making you to fool by providing defective piece.
I have purchase touch screen, they send defective piece I have return it to replace again they have send same piece saying that this another piece but I have put one identification on the screen to check whether they use to replace new or same . again complain but this they have shown the broken cord, and refuse to replace. I have taken picture before sending.

Requested to all dint buy any parts from Maxbhi. they are cheating business.

Totally Fraud company, I had ordered LCD screen of Samsung A7, they sent me different model LCD.
After raising complaints here, someone called and asked me send the package and will refund half price.

Also the the LCD screen that I want has the price doubled. I have never seen such kind of cheating in my life.
Cheating of highest order.

I also ordered the tempered glass, the glass was such thin it broke while removing the sticker. Pathetic.

I have ordered a product charging pcb on 03/06/2021 but I'm stil waiting for the same, this is third Time I'm ordering the same product from Maxbhi .com for saving some money but my money my worthy money was every time drowned by Maxbhi by sending defective product. Every time I have complained about the same but this frauds never resolved the same.

This frauds are making fool to the customers bcoz they knows that no-one is going to punish them.

I will request all the customers to spread this reality and save worthy money as well as time of other people's like us.

Look like big regid replacement policy. Don't want to accept the supply of defective part but rejected the replacement on handling issue. In my case I had bought the Xperia Z touchscreen of cost 900. On testing level product found defective/non functional so I raised request for replacement but they rejected the same stating the reason that lamination film of touch screen is dislocated. Even repeated requests on customer care they don't want to accept the fact that product is faulty and l have not paid them for lamination film which is just a packing protecting matter for scratches.

maxbhi madarchot he guys please dont buy any thing from maxbhi as i have orderd combo display of realme they sent me faulty display then after lot of times pass an ### logic process they told me to sent the product back to maxbhi(couriers charges where paid by me) and after 7-8 days i was told that my replacment request is approved and sent me product saying new but madarchot maxbhi sent me again tat same faulty display in which my 17-18 days where wasted aslo maxbhi is fraud i dont know what do do now my whole amount has been wasted.
