Iphone

They are frauds. i ordered iphone SE display and they delivered iphone 5 display. now they are asking for model no. they have taken money for iphone SE display and sent me wrong product. after 10 days now they say that its out of warranty/replacement period. what a joke.
instead of correcting their own mistake, they blame customer for the mistake....

E wallet Money not refunded in my bank account

I Have ordered 1 pcs signal cable, after completing payment order get delayed so i cancelled my order.
After cancelling money Refunded in E wallet. I maked in request for refund of my money in my bank account.
After making request, they telling "Transfer of amount back to bank account usually takes 7-10 days.'' but till money not refunded...

Issue With Order But No Support to resolve issue

I had ordered few things and then i called customer support and asked them if they can send me All the thing together and placed order of 2 more things which was for same mobile, there where total of 5 items and this order was placed by support executive after confirming i will get all the items together.

I was able to get LCD very cheap but i decided to buy from maxbhi just because i wanted it all together, same was informed...

I buy a iphone xs back camera.

Product purchased from Maxbhi.com spoiled entire handset.

I purchased a front glass for letv le 1s on[protected] from maxbhi.com (order no. 5071143).After combined it with display the menu-home-back button connector got shorted.The entire combo got damaged.It is not possible to find such defect before the glass attaching to display.The display is entirely damaged and cannot be irreparable.
The phone is precious for me. I want reasonable justice from Maxbhi.com....

Refunding problem

I have ordered a mobile battery at[protected] but after 10 days they said product is not available so please cancel and I have cancelled it's been almost 20 days there is no refund and if iam trying to complaint in maxbhi website. They are not responding and the website also not taking my complaint earlier when i ordered battery. If I raised any request then with in one hour they used to call back and responded but now a days no one is responding...

Very bad experience this time with maxbhi.com
Very bad product GRP Mobile battery
I have ordered honor 7x battery with maxbhi.com 1st time received GRP Company battery is very low quality after 100% charged when i call someone or play movies phone going turned off showing warning battery empty
Then i send back to Maxbhi.com i bear 120 courier charges
I mention and remind many times to customers care don't send...

Sold wrong product

I ordered a volume outer button for s10e from their website. The packing and on website it was advertised as s10e but the part is of s10.

i contacted customer support they said they won't refund.

Replacement not done for incompatible product.

Different model display sent. Display working but this doesn't fit in frame. Screenshot attached. Mine tab model is Lenovo TB-8705F. Sent replacement request for correct model display. But the are not addressing my replacement request....

Not replacing incompatible item

I wanted to placed order for fingerprint flex cable for mi mix 2, but instead by mistake i placed for mi mix 256 (1). But as soon as i relized i tried to cancel but there was no cancel option, it's even before shipping. The are completely fraud company

I have ordered a screen combo on 16th Aug. At the time of delivery it's showing that it will deliver by 18th Aug that why I have ordered that. Because it is very urgent for me. But in 18th Aug morning I show that they have not shipped the product yet. I called there customer care . After 15 min waiting they pick up the call. And I told them that I have ordered because it's showing that delivery will be done by 18th August. It is not possible...
