Dear Mr.Vijay Kumar... first of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com. as per our discussion i closely check your consignment with DTDC this product is not delivered to you as your address is Out of Delivery Area as confirmed by DTDC we tried to ship this twice but not succeed so as discussed we have initiated your full refund on 13-6-16 which will get credited to your acquiring bank account please let us know if we can be any further help to you regarding the same. Also I would request you to please mark the issue as resolved at consumercomplaint.in so that the other user can also get to know the actual terms & policies regarding the same

    I am Rajesh I ordered temper glass and Sony touch screen. They sended this two products by dtdc courier. When I received this product they were fully damaged . Immediately I call back to dtdc they said that we will responsible for that call to company were u booked . When I call to maxbhi they are saying we are responsible . Read our terms and condition's. As per courier rules they we will provide any warranty for glass items . So don't order anything for this fraud site

      I paid 678=32 for 2item mobile utility.maxbhi despatced one item costing rs 134 hile other item costing Rs 544.32 not sent reasoning that the item as not in their stock. i ask them to return the amount to me for their failure to honour supply but till date they have paid no concern of responsibility.finally and lately i had asked them to send micro sd card 8gb costing rs 440=00 to adjust dued payment, they have not send the asked item even. i am no convinced that maxbhi is evidently a mastermind of fraudulent trade to escalate spread of dominant cheating by indulging cult of enticing customers as i am a victim of cheating management. kindly help to get money refunded or item asked be early despatched-ishing you regard for rescue victims from clutch of thugs-m.i.khan, 3 kuttitola lane malda-732101 est bengal .mobile-[protected]

Maxbhi customer care not receiving my call even not replying my email/Mob ([protected]@gamil.com/ [protected]). Maxbhi not refunding my money in my account. When i was order product is available then after placing my order. Maxbhi cancel my order and not refunding my money.           Sir, I received the touch screen for celkon A107 white vode order no.167295. On checking of the screen the mobile technician found that the botum part where the back key is situated does not respond to click. It show no signal. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank.               Same for me cheating their customers. Canceling orders and no refund.they said the money is added to e wallet.how to claim that?don't buy any product from that site.

              I want to refund my money from e wallet to my bank account as my order was cancelled 2 times...my order no. were 341008 and 358244
              Same thing happened to me. I ordered for "black" lcd panel for iphone 4, but i received lcd panel, white. But maxbhi.com is cheating me saying that call was made from there end and confirmation was made from me that white lcd panel shall be sent. Which is a complete lie.

              So I politely couriered the parcel back to them at my cost and told them via email and call that i dont require any replacement and i require a cash back.

              But after 21 days got a email from maxbhi.com that black panel is being couriered to me. So i immediately called them and told them that i have already cancelled the order and finally order was cancelled.

              Seriously i was subjected to tremendous pressure by maxbhi.com and there executives for using their online portal. There executives harass people by calling and irritate customers.

              Finally now they are not giving cash back for my order. All mistakes where done by maxbhi.com and they are imposing fine on me.

              My Order was confirmed as per their available stock ... I made online payment and after 1 day got the mail that the part is not available . I preferred to get my refund in my bank account .
              Its been long time and still the payment is not received . As per the status on the website the payment is refunded but its not received .
              Its really disappointing . Suppliers Pls if you don't have stock kindly don't confirm the order and after that I have to do so much follow up for my refund . Not good . You are loosing good clients .

                I have ordered a BL-243 battery for Lenovo K3 Note on november 18, 2015. I was delivered a wrong product on november 20th, which I returned in person by visiting Maxbhi.com's office in Karol bagh on november 24th. There I was assured that the product will be delivered to me in 3-5 days. But to this day I receive nothing and no communication on their behalf. When I wrote to them, they asked me to wait for some more days. I was told on chat that some SENIOR will be calling me as now for them it has become a high priority case, but again no one called and my order has also not been delivered. order no is 167247

                  I had ordered charger for my Asus Google Nexus 7 2 Cellular with 4G support that stop working after 6th day of delivery of order. I had made replacement request of the product, as it had a 1 month warranty. they were replied me with mail that was saying "The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 12-15 working days of time, depending on your bank.". after 15 days i reply back again to the same mail and they again reply me same 12-15 days message. Now its been a 1 month but i am still not received any refund yet.
                  Today I called on their Customer service center and now they reduced to pay my money.

                    Hello sir, I order a display and touch of xolo A500 phone. My order is successful place and also approved by a supplier. But the product is delivers to my place is not compatible to my phone.                     Hello, i order a touch screen for infocus m2.my order is successful placed and approved but u show this message(delay for the supplier). so u added to my e-wallet. i wants to refund my money in my bank account.my order no is #165632, 170760, 175791.Amount is 551/-Rs
                    I had ordered few products worth ₹240.10 from maxbhi.com, none of which were they able to deliver so they gave me the refund in their ewallet which is of no use to me.
                    The order date was 11-may-2016 and since then I haven`t got the refund in my bank account plus there is no option in the website to ask them to send the refund in my bank account.
                    Even the chat window in their website does not work or they just stop responding as soon as I ask them to transfer the refund amount in my bank account...

                      I ordered two product from maxbhi.com with order no. 158895 and waited for almost a week then i received couple of msg signifying that my order is under process then after few days another mail with subject saying your order has been cancelled and cash back has been added to maxbhi e-wallet account came after that i ordered with another product with order no. 164628 which with the same case refunded the money and transferred to my e-wallet. I tried everything possible to transfer the money but it remain impossible, I came up with this site and found out I wanst the only one of the victim so I am placing a complaint to consumer forum against this site. And anybody please dont go with the site glamour and products detail its a 100% fraud.

                          In maxbhi.com, they shows max all spare parts of mobiles but they haven't.Because they comes first in web search and if anyone buy that product after four days they said no stock cash come to ewallet but they don't show hot to transfer ewallet points to bank.I ordered one product 5 times but all times they canceled.every time increase money(first time product value 250 now 530rs).

                            I have placed an order no 166236 for a body panel for my old mobile nokia 3710 fold through the site and at the time of placing the order the website was showing a stock of availability. But after a week of payment the company refuses to send the set and refunded the money to their wallet — that means now i am forced to buy any thing from that site for 943 rupees. They are not refunding it my account. I want my money back.

                            If you try to buy something from their site and you are not buying it at the first time they will send you a code for 10 % discount and lure you to buy the product.

                            I want my money back or else i am moving to the police cyber cell kerala and consumer court and will make sure no body gets cheated like this, even if that means i have to spend money from my pocket to do this.

                            I have asked for a refund and there was an option in the site to refund the amount to my bank account. Got a confirmation mail from the site and waiting for it to happen. Company says 7-10 days -- will update after getting the money.

First of all i am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order wit maxbhi.com, sir i closely checked your order status and as per your request for refund your complete amount to bank on 20-11-15 we have refund your full amount for order number 163474 to your acquiring bank account with bank reference number of refunded amount is 100000000000000000000023532745 which has been completed on 22-11-15 itself, so the issue of your refund has been sorted out last year kindly do let us know if you require any further help regarding the same... We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. Well, as we came to know that you want your balance amount to be refunded for your order, we need your NEFT detail so that we can partially refund the balance amount tried your number multiple times but no response received from your end provide us the NEFT detail for refund process & let us know if we can be any further help to you regarding the same.

                                  I wish to introduce myself Balashanmugham hailing from coimbatore
                                  I have placed ordered 2 times on Sep 24th order No 125917 STATUS : APPROVED Value Rs 529 /-
                                  They say product is available in stock and cancel the order after 4 days saying seller dont have the product and more over they will not refund the amount paid online, instead they will add to their maxbhi wallet which is so disgusting,

                                  Also i am gonna file a complaint this in Indian consumer complaints and issue a notice and i want refund / 5 times of my money paid to them

                                      i had ordered two items costing rs 544.32 and rs 134.00 respectievly as pre-paid term and amount inclusive courier charges were debited by card. Later i was informed that item no one costing rs 544.32 was not in stock and remain item costing rs 134.00 was however sent and received by me indicating cross mark for first item in dispatched slip .
                                      subsequently after extensive effort i requested them either the materias be sent, or the money be refunded back.finally the company telephoned me that money is being returned and i relied on their assurance.
                                      upon checking my bank account it was found no such amount is credited in account connected with card. it is shocking that they have indulged in unfair practice tantamount to cheating and falsehood.are taking chance of forgetfulness that willfully grab the amount.
