I ordered Nokia 521 touch screen in maxbhi.com . my order no.209399.. I paid INR 839 through online banking with ccavenue. My CCA reference no.[protected].. After successful payment, the payment automatically redirected to maxbhi.com but shown "web page not available " I checked my ordered in maxbhi but I don't find it . Plz help me.. My money gone .. Verified Support Jun 14, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Naveen Krishna...Dear Mr.Surinder...first of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com, i closely checked your order number which seems to be absolutely ok as we got the confirmation of your order on 23-1-16 from CCavenue which is being processed & shipped on very next day 24-1-16 via DTDC shipment id# Z80284894, further which came for replacement which we replaced & dispatched you again on 12-2-16...we believe the mis-understanding which arise due to payment gateway has been cleared now...pls do let me know if you need any further help regarding the same. Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved at consumercomplaint.in so that other user can also get to know the actual policies regarding the same

Dear Mr.Naveen as we checked the order detail we have received your payment via ccavenue payment gateway on 23-1-16 and your order executed shipped on very same day which has been received by the consignee Mr. santosh itself on[protected] via DTDC, we believe there were some mis-understanding not any dispute, i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can also know the terms and policies from our end.
