[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — repeated cancellation of my orders without any option of refund of payment | |||||
Respected Sir, Maxbhi.com, a product of Elcotek India Private Limited., was established in Ghaziabad, India in 2004, as per their website details. From 17/9/18 to 22/9/18 myself had placed 5 (five) orders each of which were initially approved but later cancelled by Maxbhi.com, each time citing the lame excuse of "out of stock". This 5-times repeated sequence of order placement by myself, approval by Maxbhi.com, cancellation by Maxbhi.com and re-order placement by myself is indeed troubling me a lot. Maxbhi.com is not allowing me any option for refund of my online payment of Rs. 289/- made from my PAYTM Bank Account. It is my earnest request to you to look into the matter and advice M/S Maxbhi.com to refund my money back to my PAYTM Bank Account. Thanks and regards. For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support team. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easilyrequest to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
