Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — amount deducted but received as not paid

Panasonic eluga ray 500 touch pad was ordered yesterday that is on 23rd of december 2019 and the amount was also deducted from my bank account but its showing that its not paid and is asking to pay again.
We also have the pay slip in paytm. Kindly resolve the issue.
Please deliver the ordered item or else atleast make a refund.
Then what else should i type
U had asked me to type atleast 350 characters and i hav done it so please resolve my issue...
