[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — e wallet fraud | |||||
Ordered a touch screen digitizer for samsung note 2 which they cancelled after 2 days and put the money in their ewallet. I tried to contact them to request for transferring the money to my bank account but i was not able to connect to their customer care even after waiting for more than 15 min. Sent numerous emails but there was no response. Only after i wrote a strong email that i will launch a police complaint they responded saying that they will transfer the money to my bank account but that never happened. Its been more than 8 days now but no reply for any emails. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir i have order INFOCUS M260 BATTERY 1st time 500 RS 2nd time 551 ok but not send may order my money wallet this company AUTOMETCLY cancelled my order i have call no [protected] nevar pick so decides i have refund my money in bank RS 551/
