I booked and it was paid and amount is deducted and status failed. So i want its refund. And it was needed for that mobile part urgent, so i booked again and it was ok and i got the product. Now i mailed to coustemer care and today they are saying it was packed and send to me. What is the need of 2 pieces of a phones disply. I dont need both, i want the money 508.. Sir i closely checked your order & transaction of PayTm too and found that we receive payment against order no#373851 with transaction id [protected] amount Rs 508 and there is no other record exit for your transaction in our portal so as per your order we shipped you the product against 373851 request you to kindly check with your PayTm for the deduction of your additional amount...Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also get to know the actual process regarding the same | |||||

Maxbhi is not having any return policy for it's customers, as per discussion with the company's representative on "5-Dec-2016". So, you can't return your item if you later on found:
1. there is some another issue with your handset, OR
2. you are no longer interested in this product, OR
3. you have got a better product instead.
So, please be aware before making any purchase. My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.

I odered a samsung grand quattro touchscreen of white colour ...but now they are giving me black colour ...i want to cancel the order and i need my refund also...
