[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — intex cloud q11 replacement battery | |||||
On the date 05.08.2017, i booked the intex cloud q11 battery on a maxbhi.in website my order id: (577016) but on the date of delivery of product he cancelled the order without any reason and i'm already paid through my bank debit card and i request to refund my money to my respective bank but they told it will take 7-8 working days so i thought it's ok i can wait, but after 15 days there is no confirmation about refund of money to my bank account, i have all the proof of transaction i can complain to the police station if my money not received. I ordered for google nexus5x sim tray order #574271..n paid online.i got the message that my product has been shipped. However I never received the item.I wrote to maxbhi.com about my concerns but no results till now.
