[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund of payment for cancelled order | |||
They are totally a fraud company. They should be delicensed and banned from doing business. I placed an order for an item on 31st. August after it was showing it was in stock.. Within the hour they came back with a standard reply that the supplier cannot process the order as it is out of stock and transferred my amount to their useless e-wallet. Then i initiated a bank transfer for a refund. It is 8 days since i initiated bank transfer. When i contact maxbhi they come up with their stock standard response it will take 8 to 10 days to refund to the bank account. I was sure that e-commerce facilitates payments and refunds overnight without hassles, as i have been involved with that industry. I contacted ccavenue their payment gateway service and they checked up my payment and said that my payment was received on 31st. August and transferred to maxbhi instantly, but no refund for the amount has been initiated by maxbhi which takes matter of seconds as it was totally on-line. I believe this company deliberately takes orders then declares the item out of stock and then misuses the payment made for some other purposes for ten days and then initiates the online transfer after ten days. Thus depending on the number of orders they get and cancel, they are making money out of a common man's hard earned money. So disgusting and unethical way of doing business... I have ordered full housing body of Karbonn mobile no K81 based on displayed in their website, paid 103/- from paytm and 147/- from e wallet, total 250/- for order no 102519. Raised refund claim on 28 August 2017, still I have not received amount. It is a fraud company.
