Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Replacement / refund declined and not help from them

I ordered battery for my Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G mobile but received wrong one. Later i raised replacement request and they asked me to resend the product back to them. Later after sending the product back, they are complaining that there is no product in the box and rejecting the replacement. I want right product or refund from this company. I myself packed the product and sent it to them and now they are claiming there is no product. Product was delivered on 7th and they are updating now that there is no product. There are scamming and stealing my money. kindly help me in this regards.
