2 days back I have topped my bsnl mobile number with mcent recharge amount of Rs 220/-.Mcent app showing its added to your mobile account. But Its still not yet received in my mobile number and not in mcent account. As per your rules if topped didn't receive in you mobile in 24 hours then it will be back in your mcent account. But I didn't receive. Its going to big issue if it is not resolve today.. I want my money back or do the recharge of 220/- and give me the proof. I am sending you screen shot of that topped up an also email which I had send twice but no reply. In ss you will see 2 top ups of 100 rs each and one top up of 20rs.
