Mebelkart — No idea what happened to my money and my product | |||||
I placed an order for a three seater sofa with order id: [protected] (1 item) - dt: 2nd August 2016. The price of the sofa is 30, 000 and I paid Rs.10, 200 as partial payment through debit card and status of the order is still the same and its showing that the product is still in processing. I'm trying to call them for the past 20 days and there is no response at all. No one is picking up the call and no response for my complaint mails. Product is not getting shipped nor am I getting any kind of refund as on dated 22nd August 2016. Kindly request you to do the needful and get the product to me or make them refund my money.
