[Resolved] Mebelkart — Order Id [protected], [protected] and [protected] | |||||
I have placed 3 orders at mebelkart as mentioned below: Order order date payment made #[protected] 26/04/2016 rs. 545 - chairs #[protected] 16/04/2016 rs. 20, 290 - 5 door wardrobe #[protected] 16/04/2016 rs. 20, 290 - 5 dorr wardrobe The first order is part delivered (Only 1 chair was delivered instead of 2) and the others are delayed big-time. Its impossible to get through the customer care team of mebelkart as the ivr keeps saying that they are agents are busy and gets disconnected after a couple of minutes. I have tried reaching the customer care team for hours but no respite. If you email them or put a comment on facebook all they say is that their team is looking into the issue but there is no concrete response. The wardrobes were supposed to be delivered between 14th and 17th may, but were delayed. There was no formal communication from mebelkart for the delay, i came to know about the issue once i called them up and followed up on my own and kept trying to reach their numbers (Luckily i got through once). I had a word with someone called mr. Amar from the operations team on 19th may 2016 (Got his contact from mr. Shantanu who had assisted me during my purchase and given me his personal number, which is not reachable anymore) and he said that he will ensure that my products will be delivered in next 15 days or so and he was supposed to confirm the same on email, but i never received an email from him. After that i cannot get through his phone as its always switched off. I am going to send a legal notice to mebelkart soon, however, i wanted to also ensure that consumer complaints take up this issue with the company as well. Hope to get some seriousness in mebelkart's management team once they start receiving legal notices. Was this information helpful? | |||||

However, it has been a terrible experience dealing with Mebelkart and for sure I would never purchase a product from this company.
